The first optical surface is opposite to the second optical surface. The light-incident surface connects the first optical surface and the second optical surface. The first optical surface or the second optical surface of the light guide plate is set with a recess. The adhesive member is disposed in the recess to adhere the light guide plate to the back plate. The light source is disposed on the back plate and emits light toward the light guide plate.

A plurality of target photographs corresponding to the plurality of predefined target positions are captured and appearance of the plurality of indications according to a capturing status of the plurality of target photographs is changed. The beam shaping assembly includes a beam inlet; a neutron generator arranged into the beam shaping assembly, the neutron generator has nuclear reaction with an incident proton beam from the beam inlet to produce neutrons; a moderator adjacent to the neutron generator, the neutrons are moderated by the moderator to epithermal neutron energies; a reflector surrounding the neutron generator and the moderator, the reflector leads the deflected neutrons back to enhance epithermal neutron beam intensity; a beam outlet; and at least a movable member moving away from or close to the neutron generator, the movable member moves between a first position where the neutron generator is replaceable, and a second position where the neutron generator is irreplaceable. The neutron capture therapy system has a simple structure, and the neutron generator is easy to be replaced.

An oxidizing treatment step is performed to the spacers having a width gradually increased from tops of the spacers. The neutron moderation material may be doped with a small amount of 6Li-containing substances, and the addition of the 6Li-containing substances effectively decreases the content of ?-rays in epithermal neutron beams.

    Abstract: A touch module for preventing separation of silver paste between laser etching traces, comprises a substrate, a plurality of touch electrodes, and a silver paste. A side of the touch electrode has a pin area. The pin area contains a plurality of perforations. The silver paste is coated on the substrate and the pin area for connecting electrical circuitry between the pin area and the connection line area. Wherein the silver paste on the pin area flows into the perforations and connects to the substrate. Therefore separation of the silver paste on the pin area and touch electrodes will less likely occur due to minor coating errors. The present invention also provides a manufacturing method of a touch module that prevents separation of the silver paste between laser etching traces.
