    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, an underlying structure is formed over a substrate. A film is formed over the underlying structure. Surface topography of the film is measured and the surface topography is stored as topography data. A local etching is performed by using directional etching and scanning the substrate so that an entire surface of the film is subjected to the directional etching. A plasma beam intensity of the directional etching is adjusted according to the topography data.

The fan body is disposed in the first housing, and fixed to the first extension part by each fixing part. The connecting part is supported between the two fixing parts along the side of the fan body. The second housing uses a second bottom wall and two second side walls to cover the first extension parts and the connecting members, and is fixed with the first housing, so that the fixing elements of the fan body are not exposed on the power supply.

A patterning process is performed to the lamination structure. A first portion of the lamination structure located above the first device region is patterned by the patterning process. A second portion of the lamination structure located above the second device region is removed by the patterning process. A thickness of the second portion of the lamination structure is greater than a thickness of the first portion of the lamination structure before the patterning process.

A set of spatial metrics and a set of temporal metrics may be obtained for node devices in a cloud computing platform. The node devices may be evaluated using a spatial machine learning model and a temporal machine learning model to create a spatial output and a temporal output. One or more potentially faulty nodes may be determined based on an evaluation of the spatial output and the temporal output using a ranking model. The one or more potentially faulty nodes may be a subset of the node devices. One or more migration source nodes may be identified from one or more potentially faulty nodes. The one or more migration source nodes may be identified by minimization of a cost of false positive and false negative node detection.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a SERS nano-particle, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof to a method for distinguishing CTCs from WBCs. The SERS nano-particle are formed by core magnetic particles, noble metal nano-particles, Raman signal molecules, hydrophilic molecules and target molecules. A method for distinguishing CTCs from WBCs comprises: enabling a SERS nano-particle to make contact with a to-be-detected solution containing CTCs and/or WBCs; performing incubation; then detecting SERS signal intensity of a cell combined with the SERS nano-particle; setting SERS signal intensity threshold; if SERS signal intensity of the cell combined with the SERS nano-particle exceeds SERS signal intensity threshold, determining the cell as CTS; otherwise, determining the cell as WBC. A ROC curve is used for the first time to assist the SERS technique in distinguishing CTCs from WBCs.
