    Abstract: Traces on a PCB can be spaced closer together than in conventional layouts, which previously required the pair-to-pair spacing for the high-speed differential stripline signals to be at least 5H if the signals are originating from the same source and 7H when the signals on two pairs of transmission lines in the traces originate from different sources. Traces may be spaced closer together when, for example, a ratio of the core height to the prepreg height of the printed circuit board is approximately equal to one. Traces may be spaced closer together when, for example, a ratio of the trace spacing distance to the core height distance is less than approximately one.

The evaluation indexes are associated with the health state of the battery. The evaluation result yielding step evaluates the health state of the battery according to the indexes and yields an evaluation result. Therefore, the battery health state evaluation method is easy, convenient, and effective in performing a test quickly and accurately.

The pump cylinder includes a one-way piston arranged therein and the one-way piston is connected to a piston rod and a pressing stem. The pump cylinder has a bottom end connected to a second passage of the guide cover. Depressing the pressing stem downward causes the one-way piston to expel air out and pulling the pressing stem upward causes air to flow from the interior of the liquid container through the one-way piston to the bottom of the pump cylinder so as to evacuate the receiving space of the container to generate vacuum that induces a suction force.
