The multilayer film can form effective heat seals, even when in contact with heated contents. The sediment fingerprint matrix that illustrates the variation of sediment characteristics in different grain size intervals. In addition, by comparing the sediment characteristics in the corresponding grain size intervals, the tracing and classification of sediment from different locations can be achieved.

The influence of later steps of the manufacturing process on the imageable optical device may thus be reduced, and connection strength and reliability of the imageable optical device are improved by subsequently curing the second adhesive. Also provided are an optical lens having an air escape channel, and an assembly method thereof.
