    Abstract: A triboelectric generator includes a first triboelectric member, which includes a first conductive layer and an insulating triboelectric material layer disposed on the first conductive layer. The triboelectric material layer includes a first material having a first position on a triboelectric series. An elastic member, disposed against the triboelectric material layer of the triboelectric member and includes a second conductive material, has an elasticity that results in the elastic member being deformed when compressed and returning to an original non-deformed shape after being compressed. The second conductive material has a second position on the triboelectric series. A first load is coupled to the first conductive layer and with the second conductive material so that when a force compresses the elastic member charges will flow between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer through the load.

    Abstract: A tissue identification method including a preparation step and a detection step is provided. The preparation step includes preparing a biosensor which includes a transistor and a response electrode. The response electrode is spaced apart from the transistor relative to a gate terminal of the transistor. The detection step includes disposing a biological tissue sample to be identified on the response electrode, applying a pulse voltage that has a tunable pulse width and a tunable pulse height to the response electrode, resulting in a voltage difference between the response electrode and the gate terminal of the transistor, and measuring and calculating a detection current which is generated from the transistor in the pulse width, so as to obtain a first sensing indicator. In addition, a biosensor for tissue identification is also provided.

The infrared sensing unit includes a first and a second sensing structure. A hot junction is formed between the first and the second sensing structures at a location where the first and the second sensing structures are close to each other. A cold junction is formed between the partition structure and the first sensing structure at a location where these two structures are close to each other. Another cold junction is formed between the partition structure and the second sensing structure at a location where these two structures are close to each other. A temperature difference between the hot junction and the cold junction generates a voltage difference signal. Apart of the partition structure forms at least one capacitor.

The conductive electrode layer is disposed along the back side of the contact layer. The second contact charging member is spaced apart from and disposed oppositely from the first contact charging member. It includes an electrically conductive material layer that has a triboelectric series rating indicating a propensity to lose electrons when contacted by the first contact layer during the contacting event. The electrically conductive material acts as an electrode. A mechanism maintains a space between the first contact charging member and the second contact charging member except when a force is applied thereto.

The belt assembly includes a first belt connected between the transmission shaft and the generating wheel, a second belt connected between the generating wheel and the first clutch shaft, and a third belt connected between the second clutch shaft and the air compressing wheel. The motor drives the generator unit to run and generate electricity, and meanwhile, the generator unit drives the air compressor through the clutch mechanism. Thus, the equipment can use single power for electricity generation and high-pressure air production, while providing heat insulation and easy assembly.
