    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a process for making solar cells. In one embodiment, a method of manufacturing a solar cell device, includes providing a substrate having a first surface and a second surface, selectively disposing a first metal paste in a first pattern on the first surface of the substrate, forming a first dielectric layer over the first metal paste on the first surface of the substrate, forming a second metal paste in a second pattern over the first dielectric layer align with the first metal paste, and simultaneously heating the first and the second metal pastes disposed on the first surface of the substrate to form a first group of contacts on the first surface of the substrate, wherein at least a portion of the second metal paste forms the first group of contacts that each extend through the first dielectric layer to connect with the first metal paste to the first surface of the substrate.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a process for making solar cells. Particularly, embodiments of the invention provide simultaneously co-firing (e.g., thermally processing) metal layers disposed both on a first and a second surface of a solar cell substrate to complete the metallization process in one step. By doing so, both the metal layers formed on the first and the second surfaces of the solar cell substrate are co-fired (e.g., simultaneously thermally processed), thereby eliminating manufacturing complexity, cycle time and cost to produce the solar cell device. Embodiments of the invention may also provide a method and solar cell structure that requires a reduced amount of a metallization paste on a rear surface of the substrate to form a rear surface contact structure and, thus, reduce the cost of the formed solar cell device.

Harvest crates for transporting filled clamshells from the harvest, or other containers for transporting unit packaging, are also labeled with unique codes. A plurality of labeled un-filled clamshells are nested together and placed into each harvest crate before the harvest, and the codes from the clamshells and the harvest crate are stored in association. In some instances, clamshells are de-nested, labeled with pre-printed labels, and nested again before being placed into the harvest crates. At the harvest the clamshells are removed from the harvest crate, de-nested, filled with produce, packed back into the harvest crate, and moved into the distribution chain. The unique codes are further associated with other information such as harvest data.

The weight percentage of each of the components are as follows: SiO2 58˜65%, CaO 20˜26%, Al2O3 9˜17%, MgO 0.5˜1%, B2O3 0˜5%, F2 0˜1%, TiO2 0.1˜1%, K2O+Na2O 0˜0.8%, Fe2O3 0.1˜0.5%, SO3 0˜0.6%. The ternary system, SiO2—Al2O3—CaO, is basis of the fiberglass composition in this invention, which also has low quantities of MgO and B2O3. In addition, the total amount of alkaline earth oxide and the proportional relationship between MgO and CaO are rationally designed, which helps to improve the mechanical strength, heat resistance, and chemical stability of the glass. It also has excellent manufacturing performance. Moreover, the raw materials of the fiberglass composition in this invention are low in cost, and the invention meets environmental protection requirements.

The volume adjustor is preset with first predetermined volume levels and second predetermined volume levels, generates first adjustment signals based on the first predetermined volume levels in response to the first state signal, and generates a second adjustment signal based on the second predetermined volume levels in response to the second state signal. The amplifier amplifies audio signals and adjusts the volume of the amplified audio signals according to the adjustment signals, then sends the amplified audio signals to the internal sound producer and earphone jack.

    Abstract: An LED illumination system includes an LED lamp, a voltage stabilizing circuit and a control circuit. The LED lamp includes an LED string which has a plurality of LEDs connected in series. The voltage stabilizing circuit connects the LED lamp for supplying an electric current to the LED string. The control circuit includes an MCU and a MOSFET connected between the MCU and the LED string. The MCU detects the electric current flowing through the LED string and outputs a PWM signal which has a frequency within a range from 60 Hz to 500 Hz to the MOSFET. The MOSFET receives the PWM signal from the MCU and turns on and off repeatedly under a control of the PWM signal, to make a flicker frequency of the LEDs of the LED string be within a predetermined range.
