    Abstract: A chemically-enhanced primer is provided comprising a negatively charged moiety (NCM), an oligonucleotide sequence having a) non-nuclease resistant inter-nucleotide linkages or b) at least one nuclease resistance inter-nucleotide linkage. The chemically-enhanced primer can be used for sequencing and fragment analysis. Methods for synthesizing the chemically-enhanced primer as well as a method of preparing DNA for sequencing, a method of sequencing DNA, and kits containing the chemically-enhanced primer are also provided.     Abstract: A customer initiated password reset system resets user passwords on a variety of network entities, such as internal systems, allowing simultaneous reset with a minimum number of user specified passwords that nonetheless satisfy the password specifications of these internal systems. Thereby, the user avoids the tedium of logging into each of these systems, changing their password, logging out, etc., for each system with the likelihood of creating unique passwords for each system that have to be remembered. By further incorporating a score metric based upon how many character sets are touched, a required degree of complexity can be measured and enforced against the password specifications. Advantageously, a table-based approach to enforcing password reset against the multiple password specifications facilitates making and fielding updates.

    Abstract: The subject of this patent pending idea, the AUDIO ALERT DIAPERS, consist of SEVERAL INNER LAYERS OF VARYING MATERIAL TYPES. Some for absorbancy and the remaining layers present serve as conduction contact area(S), so when moisture is present, these areas act as poles of a switch to activate a musical circuit. The conducting layers are separated by absorbant material, so that only moisture activates the audio. The purpose is to signal a listener when ample/excessive moisture is present. In summary, the diaper contains moisture until and excessive amount is present and alerts a listener. At the end of the said disposable diaper's absorbancy, a deactivation pull tab will disable the audio produced by the circuit.

The methods include coating a wire with a solution that includes a solvent and a water soluble polymer in the solvent, evaporating the solvent to provide a polymeric coating on the wire, and crosslinking the polymeric coating to provide a hydrogel coating layer on the wire. The coated wire can be fabricated into stents, which preferably have substantially uniform coatings with low surface roughness. Preferably the coatings have hydrophilic properties and provide a biocompatible surface. The coatings may also provide for the delivery of biologically active agents into the body.
