    Abstract: A method and application of flash imaging lidar to measure the attenuation coefficient of water bodies are provided. In this novel method, the real time remote measurements are achieved on the attenuation coefficient of fresh water using flash imaging lidar based on the adjacent frame difference (AFD) method and water body backscattering model. The method solves the problems of low accuracy and high error of data obtained from real-time remote sensing measurement of attenuation coefficients of water bodies in the prior art; the slow speed of measurement data obtained when measuring water bodies, and the poor feasibility and reliability effect of the remotely measured attenuation coefficients of water bodies obtained. The experimental and theoretical analyses fully illustrate the feasibility of real-time remote sensing measurement of the attenuation coefficient of water bodies using the AFD method, which has a strong practical value.

With the method, the hardware overhead for simultaneous sampling of multiple-channel signals is reduced while ensuring accuracy.     Abstract: A method and a sensor for detecting L-cystine are disclosed. The method is implemented by assembling a sodium 3,3?-dithiodipropane sulfonate (SPS) membrane on a surface of Au membrane layer of an Au electrode and using an extended gate of field effect transistor (FET) and in-situ signal amplification of the FET to detect L-cystine sensitively. The polyanion of the SPS membrane adsorbs and binds a positively charged target L-cystine through electrostatic interaction, thus forming an electric double layer structure to generate a membrane potential identifying a monovalent organic ammonium ion. The sensor includes the FET, wherein a gate-extended gold electrode is arranged on the FET, and the SPS membrane is assembled on the surface of the Au membrane layer of the gate-extended gold electrode. The sensor has an excellent Nernst response to L-cystine.

The UE may transmit one or more registration request to trigger additional registration procedures in which base station may transmit a new TMSI. The UE may calculate an updated PO based on the new TMSI. The UE may periodically receive one or more paging messages from the base station in a set of POs based on calculating the updated PO.
