Abstract: Apparatus and method of managing genomic sequencing data. In an embodiment, a data management controller is communicatively coupled to an external data repository over a communication network. The data management controller is configured to detect a first event triggering initial analysis on raw sequence data encoded in a standard file format and stored in the external data repository. The data management controller is configured to launch one or more analysis tools to perform the initial analysis on the raw sequence data stored in the external data repository, and to output initial analysis results. The data management controller is configured to determine whether the initial analysis results pass quality control, and control electronic storage of the raw sequence data when the initial analysis results pass quality control by storing the raw sequence data in archive storage, and deleting the raw sequence data from the external data repository.

  • Publication number: 20250147936
Abstract: Techniques for automatically migrating documents from a document database to a relational database are provided. In one technique, it is determined whether a set of documents, from a document database system, can be stored in a relational database system. If so, one or more entities to be normalized are identified based on a hierarchical structure of the set of documents. One or more scripts are generated based on the identified one or more entities. In a related technique, a set of documents from a document database system is stored. It is validated that the set of documents can be converted to one or more duality views. Data of the set of documents is normalized for storing in a relational database system. A script is generated that, when executed, generates the one or more duality views.

  • Publication number: 20250147222
Abstract: The disclosure describes an improved drop-on-demand, controlled volume technique for dispensing resist onto a substrate, which is then imprinted to create a patterned optical device suitable for use in optical applications such as augmented reality and/or mixed reality systems. The technique enables the dispensation of drops of resist at precise locations on the substrate, with precisely controlled drop volume corresponding to an imprint template having different zones associated with different total resist volumes. Controlled drop size and placement also provides for substantially less variation in residual layer thickness across the surface of the substrate after imprinting, compared to previously available techniques. The technique employs resist having a refractive index closer to that of the substrate index, reducing optical artifacts in the device.

  • Publication number: 20250148025
Abstract: The technology provides a rich attention mechanism for structured information extraction of web pages and other electronic documents. An input layer of a model obtains system, information associated with the document, including field tokens representing respective fields to be extracted from the document, structured document type tokens associated, and text tokens from a text sequence in the document. An encoder connects the field tokens, the S type tokens and the text tokens according to a set of different attention patterns. The encoder generates an overall token representation based on the set of different attention patterns. An output layer of the model extracts a final text span for the each of the respective fields from the set of text tokens. The extracted final text span for each of the respective fields is stored in memory, and can be produced in response to a search query, analytics evaluation or other request.
