    Abstract: A system and method for visually enhancing an original image of an eye includes a visualization module. A controller is configured to convert an output of the visualization module to a first pixel cloud in a first color space and map the first pixel cloud to a second pixel cloud in a second color space. The method includes identifying at least one selected zone in the second color space. The controller is configured to move the selected zone from an original location to a modified location in the second color space. The second pixel cloud is updated to obtain a modified second pixel cloud, which is transformed into a third pixel cloud in the first color space. An enhanced image is formed based in part on the modified second pixel cloud and provides selective visual enhancement in the selected zone without affecting contrast in a remainder of the original image.

A gap between the edge of the repellent body and the inner sidewall of the source arc chamber is minimized to a threshold level that is maintained to avoid a short between the conductive repellent body and the conductive inner sidewall of the source arc chamber.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for operating an amplifier with a controllable pull-down capability are described. A memory device may include a memory array and a power circuit that generates an internal signal for components in the memory array. The power circuit may include an amplifier and a power transistor that is coupled with the amplifier. A pull-down capability of the amplifier may be controllable using an external signal that is based on a difference between a reference signal and the internal signal. The power circuit may also include a comparator that is coupled with the amplifier and configured to compare the reference signal and the internal signal. Components of the comparator may be integrated with components of the amplifier, may share a bias circuit, and may use nodes within the amplifier to control the comparator. A signal output by the comparator may control the pull-down capability of the amplifier.

The receiver includes an adjustable iris including a plurality of rotary blades each driven by a MEMS actuator. The plurality of rotary blades collectively form an adjustable receiving aperture for the returned light beams to pass through. The plurality of rotary blades are configured to rotate in order to vary the adjustable receiving aperture during operation of the optical sensing system. The optical sensing system also includes a detector configured to detect the light beams that pass through the adjustable iris.
