  • Publication number: 20240281015
Abstract: An adaptive current generation circuit includes an inverter drive chain, a frequency divider, a frequency detector, a low-pass filter, a static comparator group, and a controllable current mirror. An input analog signal of the input buffer is converted into a frequency discrimination voltage in a direct current form sequentially through conversion of the inverter drive chain, frequency division of the frequency divider, frequency detection of the frequency detector, and conversion of the low-pass filter. Then the static comparator group performs a plurality of times of comparison to obtain N bits of digital codes. Finally, the controllable current mirror is controlled by using the N bits of digital codes. The controllable current mirror provides a magnitude-adjustable input current for the input buffer under control of the N bits of digital codes. A magnitude of the input current is positively correlated with a frequency of the input analog signal.

  • Publication number: 20240268970
Abstract: The present invention discloses a fusion cage. The fusion cage includes a first end surface and a second end surface. The first end surface is provided with a first lattice, and at least one region of the second end surface is provided with a second lattice. The first lattice provides a pathway for attaching and supporting human tissue, facilitating inward bone ingrowth for the fusion cage. The structure of the second lattice is designed to decrease the overall elastic modulus of the product and provide a region for bone ingrowth. Different lattice layouts, with the first lattice facilitating inward bone ingrowth and the second lattice reducing bone elastic modulus, address the issue in existing fusion devices of not meeting both bone elastic modulus matching and human tissue growth simultaneously.

  • Publication number: 20240268972
Abstract: The present invention provides a fusion cage. The fusion cage includes a first end surface, designed to conform to and support human tissue. The first end surface is provided with a first lattice structure extending into the interior of the fusion cage. The first lattice structure is intended to conform to and support human tissue, providing a pathway for bone ingrowth into the interior of the fusion cage. A second lattice structure is provided within the fusion cage, serving to reduce the overall product's elastic modulus and provide space for bone ingrowth. The primary purpose of the first lattice structure is to offer a space for the growth of human tissue, and the combined action of both lattice structures at two locations helps address the technical challenge of prior art being unable to simultaneously meet the matching bone elastic modulus and aid in the growth of human tissue.

  • Patent number: 12063866
Abstract: A multilayer magnetic tunnel junction etching method and an MRAM device. A wafer is processed according to particular steps without interrupting vacuum. A reactive ion plasma etching chamber (10) and an ion beam etching chamber (11) are used separately at least one time. The processing of a multilayer magnetic tunnel junction is always in a vacuum environment, thereby avoiding the impact of an external environment on etching. By means of the process of combining etching and cleaning, a device structure maintains good steepness, and the metal contamination and damage of a magnetic tunnel junction film structure are significantly decreased, thereby greatly increasing the performance and reliability of a device. In addition, use of both the ion beam etching chamber (11) and the reactive ion plasma etching chamber (10) solves the technical problem of an existing single etching method, and increases production efficiency and etching process precision.

  • Patent number: 12045159
Abstract: An information handling system includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores an automation test set for the information handling system, and the automation test set includes multiple test cases. The processor determines that each test case of a subset of the test cases includes a same common and time-intensive test step (CTITS). The processor creates a CTITS module based on the same CTITS in the subset test cases. The processor also creates multiple normal test cases based on the test cases of the automation test set. The processor creates a virtual test case to implement the CTITS, executes first test step code within a first normal test case, and executes second test step code within a second normal test case. In response to execution of both the first and second test step code being completed, the processor executes the CTITS via the CTITS module.
