  • Publication number: 20160245938
Abstract: A frequency increasing processing method of a digital signal includes the following steps: S101, inputting a real signal trace collected in a certain period of time; S102, performing Hilbert transform on the real signal trace so as to obtain an instantaneous amplitude trace of the real signal trace; S103, based on the instantaneous amplitude trace, performing frequency increasing and polarity transform processing on the real signal trace so as to obtain a frequency increasing signal trace. Thus, a weak signal source can be identified without a large number of strong events. This shows advantages of environmental protection and cost reduction in the field of shale gas hydraulic fracturing micro-seismic monitoring. In addition, the zero polarity transform and frequency increasing processing in the present invention are simple in steps and are highly universal.

  • Publication number: 20160213957
Abstract: A breathing mask includes a shell body, an inner lining mounted behind the shell body, a filtering piece mounted between the shell body and the inner lining, an inner cover mounted behind the inner lining, and a sealing pad coupled with the inner cover. The inner lining has a vent hole and a recess. The inner cover has an air intake and an air outlet. Ambient air inhaled through a breathing mask user's nasal cavity is introduced into through-holes in the shell body, the filtering piece, the vent hole, and the air intake. Gas exhaled from a mask user's oral cavity is guided into the recess from the air outlet of the inner cover and dissipated via a notch in the recess's bottom. The breathing mask is able to effectively filter harmful substances such as microbes and airborne particles in air inhaled while providing smooth inhalation and exhalation.

  • Publication number: 20160157395
Abstract: A method for deploying a lightweight, flexible Faraday cage around a device can include the step of directing the conductive fluid flow in a manner that causes a shroud to form over the device. In some embodiments, a flexible material such as canvas can be deployed over the device and the conductive fluid can be sprayed onto the flexible material to form the shroud. In other embodiments, a plurality of nozzles can be placed around the perimeter of the device, and the nozzles can be directed at a predetermined point over the device. The streams can meet at the predetermined point, collide and thereby provide the conductive shroud for the device. The shroud can have a skin depth, which can be chosen according to the desired frequency of electromagnetic radiation to be blocked, typically from one to one hundred millimeters (1-100 mm).

  • Publication number: 20140364759
Abstract: A method of detecting changes in biologically sourced electrical signals is disclosed. Biologically sourced electrical signals are coupled to a meta-stable and hair-trigger wise perturbable system. The system operates in a first oscillatory mode when the received signals have a strength below a first predetermined level and operates in a distinguishable second oscillatory mode when the received signals have strengths above the first predetermined level but below a second predetermined level. The strengths of the received and thusly distinguishable signals may be in a range below 10 picoAmperes. The biologically sourced electrical signals may be driven by intracranial nerve firings.

  • Patent number: 7222231
Abstract: A method and apparatus for data security for a distributed file system. A distributed file system interface is coupled to the one or more client applications, and a storage server and a meta-data server are coupled to the distributed file system interface. The meta-data server receives open-file requests from the distributed file system interface and in response creates a security object. The meta-data server also generates an partial encryption key and stores the partial encryption key in the security object. The block storage server completes the encryption key, and the meta-data server encrypts the list of blocks that are in the file and stores the encrypted block list in the security object. The security object is then returned to the distributed file interface and used in subsequent file access requests.

  • Patent number: 7120752
Abstract: A cache coherent distributed shared memory multi-processor computer system is provided with a memory controller which includes a recall unit. The recall unit allows selective forced write-backs of dirty cache lines to the home memory. After a request is posted in the recall unit, a recall (“flush”) command is issued which forces the owner cache to write-back the dirty cache line to be flushed. The memory controller will inform the recall unit as each recall operation is completed. The recall unit operation will be interrupted when all flush requests are completed.

  • Patent number: 6851074
Abstract: The present invention is a system and method for recovering from memory failures in computer systems. The method of the present invention includes the steps of: identifying a predetermined instruction sequence; monitoring for memory access errors in response to the request; logging a memory access error in an error logging register; polling the register for any logged memory access error during execution of the instruction sequence; and raising exceptions, if the memory access error is logged. Within the system of the present invention, memory access errors are stored in an error logging register, machine check abort handles are masked, and memory controllers are under full control of the software so that memory access errors can be intercepted and responded to without necessitating a system reboot or application restart. The present invention is particularly applicable to O/S code which can not otherwise recover from memory errors except by rebooting.
