  • Publication number: 20170168918
Abstract: A method of extending the functionality of an enterprise software suite is disclosed. A request is received from a client system to modify a programming object on a productive system deployed in the cloud environment. A logical unit of programming objects is identified on the productive system, the logical unit including the programming object. Copies of each of the programming objects in the logical unit of programming objects are created in a sandbox of a combined development and test system deployed in the cloud environment, the copies including a copy of the programming object. The copy of the programming object is modified in the sandbox. A result of the modifying of the copy of the programming object in the sandbox is communicated for presentation in a client system without modifying, the programming object on the productive system.

  • Publication number: 20170085553
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to revoking user sessions using signaling. In one scenario, an identity platform operating on a computer system receives an indication indicating that a user's login account has been compromised, where the user's login account has an associated login session and corresponding session artifact that is valid for a specified amount of time. The identity platform generates a signal indicating that the login session is no longer trusted and that the user is to be re-directed to the identity platform to re-authenticate and renew the session artifact and provides the generated signal to various relying parties including at least one relying party that is hosting the login session for the user.

  • Publication number: 20160352546
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for generating a hybrid waveform for data transmission between a transmitting device and a receiving device. The transmitting device may employ an OFDM processing technique to periodically transmit known first pilot symbols mapped from a signal constellation where each signal has equal energy during a first time period and a cyclic prefix based single-carrier (CP-SC) processing technique to transmit data packets and second known pilot symbols during a second time period. Channel estimation is based on first pilot symbols, which are inserted into all subcarriers of OFDM symbol blocks within a specific period. Channel estimation tracking is based on the second pilot symbols interleaved within data packets. The receiving device may be configured to estimate CSI based in part on first pilot symbols and to track the channel estimation based in part on the second pilot symbols in order to provide reliable data detection.

  • Publication number: 20150371047
Abstract: Example embodiments relate to assessing dynamic security scans using runtime analysis and static code analysis. In example embodiments, a system performs static code analysis of a web application to identify reachable code and/or data entry points, where the data entry points are used to determine an attack surface size for the web application. At this stage, the system may initiate runtime monitoring for a dynamic security scan of the web application, where the runtime monitoring detects invocation of a statement at one of the data entry points. The invocation is logged as an invocation entry that comprises invocation parameters and/or code units that were executed in response to the invocation. The system may then determine an attack surface coverage of the dynamic security scan using the invocation entry and the attack surface size and/or a reachable code coverage using the invocation entry and the reachable code.

  • Patent number: 9106470
Abstract: A receiver circuit, including a multi-stage QAM de-mapper, for receiving a QAM data signal is disclosed. A first de-mapper circuit recovers a set of encoded data bits from the QAM data signal by calculating a plurality of distances between a received QAM symbol and each of a plurality of possible constellation points. A second de-mapper circuit then generates a set of unencoded data bits for the received QAM symbol based, at least in part, on the plurality of distances calculated by the first de-mapper circuit. The receiver circuit may further include a decoder circuit to decode the set of encoded data bits recovered by the first de-mapper circuit. The second de-mapper circuit may identify a subset of the plurality of possible constellation points based on a result of the decoding and select a constellation point that is associated with the shortest distance of the plurality of distances.

  • Patent number: 9100231
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to a hybrid approach for Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) Interference Cancellation (IC). In certain aspects, if the PDSCH information is known for a serving cell but not be known for interfering cell(s), a hybrid approach that involves using Codeword-level IC (CWIC) for the serving cell and using Symbol-level IC (SLIC) for the interfering cells may be used for better IC performance. The hybrid IC approach may start with a UE attempting to decode the serving cell PDSCH. If the decode is unsuccessful, the UE may perform CWIC for the serving cell followed by SLIC using the results of the CWIC stage. After the SLIC stage, the UE may attempt to decode the serving cell PDSCH again. The UE may perform multiple operations of this method until the serving cell PDSCH is successfully decoded or a maximum number of iterations is reached.

  • Publication number: 20150182162
Abstract: Method, apparatus and computer-accessible medium for monitoring sleep quality of a user are described. For example, using such exemplary Method, apparatus and computer-accessible medium, it is possible to collect body movement signals of the user during sleep, and calculate body movement energy of a preset time-slot, based on the body movement signals collected during the preset time-slot. It is also possible to calculate an estimation threshold of a preset estimation time-span including the preset time-slot, based on body movement energy of preset time-slots which are included in the preset estimated time-span. Further, a determination can be made as to a sleep state of the user based on a comparison between the body movement energy of the preset time-slot and the estimation threshold of the preset estimation time-span. Such exemplary Method, apparatus and computer-accessible medium facilitate a strong adaptive ability and highly reliable sleep monitoring.
