  • Publication number: 20200382765
Abstract: Methods, systems, and techniques for generating two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) images and image streams. The images and image streams may be generated using active stereo cameras projecting at least one illumination pattern, or by using a structured light camera and a pair of different illumination patterns of which at least one is a structured light illumination pattern. When using an active stereo camera, a 3D image may be generated by performing a stereoscopic combination of a first set of images (depicting a first illumination pattern) and a 2D image may be generated using a second set of images (optionally depicting a second illumination pattern). When using a structured light camera, a 3D image may be generated based on a first image that depicts a structured light illumination pattern, and a 2D image may be generated from the first image and a second image that depicts a different illumination pattern.

  • Publication number: 20200379851
Abstract: An apparatus for performing restore operations for data packets by a restore agent is provided. The apparatus predicts a first time period of completing a first restore operation for the data packets and determines a second time period of performing the first restore operation until the first restore operation is stopped at a point of time. The apparatus also identifies an incomplete status of the first restore operation at the point of time based on a comparison between the first time period and the second time period, and collects information describing the incomplete status. The apparatus further starts a second restore operation for the data packets from the incomplete status based on the information.

  • Patent number: 10853104
Abstract: A computer implemented method and system for generating a hybrid test construct, and for simulating and recording events, to test and simulate a virtual environment of connected devices. A plurality of real devices and virtual devices are provided and their behavior parameters are provided. A hybrid test construct of virtual and real devices is created by connecting the plurality of real devices and instantiating the virtual devices and external influencers. At least one container is specified to represent the virtual environment. A spatial relationship of the real devices, the virtual devices, and the external influencers are specified. Then at least one event is specified. A simulation is run where real data is received from the real devices that are then combined with a behavioral simulation of the virtual devices and external influencers. The results of the simulation are then compared to forecasted behavior.

  • Patent number: 10850826
Abstract: Aircraft wings have an interior volume that incorporates a space frame as a primary supporting structure of the wing, and enables securement of an aircraft fuselage to the wing. The space frame includes carbon fiber rods arranged to handle tensile and compression loads otherwise carried by conventional wing spars, ribs, and stringers normally connected to heavy structural metal wing box joints at the sides of a fuselage for attachment of left and right wings. The space frame also includes sleeve and shaft connectors secured to the carbon fiber rods, the connectors arranged in truss-like configurations for preventing buckling of the carbon fiber rods. The space frame is designed to extend at least midspan between wings, so that traditional wing box joints on a fuselage can be eliminated. Finally, wing skin panels secured to the space frame are designed to support only aerodynamic loads of flight.

  • Publication number: 20200370174
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to an apparatus and a method for cleaning a processing chamber. In one embodiment, a substrate support cover includes a bulk member coated with a fluoride coating. The substrate support cover is placed on a substrate support disposed in the processing chamber during a cleaning process. The fluoride coating does not react with the cleaning species. The substrate support cover protects the substrate support from reacting with the cleaning species, leading to reduced condensation formed on chamber components, which in turn leads to reduced contamination of the substrate in subsequent processes.

  • Patent number: 10848172
Abstract: An IC can include shared reference voltage buffer circuitry having an amplifier circuit. A commonly-routed amplifier shared output voltage node can be shared between at least two digital-to-analog converters (DACs) respectively via at least first and second individually routed traces from the shared output voltage node to respective first and second local reference voltage nodes at the DACs. Respective first and second routing trace resistances can be based on current draw of the corresponding DAC, such as to provide an equal voltage drop across the first and second routing resistances. This can help avoid voltage contention or conflict at the shared output voltage node from forcing/sensing the voltages at the first and second local reference voltage nodes. In a further example, at least one of the first and second individually routed traces can include a binary tree hierarchical routing arrangement of at least some of the DACs.
