The pharmaceutical compositions comprising an effective amount of compounds of formula I, and methods for the treatment of respiratory disorders may be formulated for oral, buccal, rectal, topical, transdermal, transmucosal, intravenous, parenteral administration, syrup, or injection. Such compositions may be used to treatment of cough caused by minor throat and bronchial irritation (such as commonly accompanies the flu and common cold), as well as those resulting from inhaled particle irritants, upper respiratory infections, (pseudobulbar affect) in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and multiple sclerosis, neuropathic pain and pain associated with fibromyalgia.

Abstract: The present solution is directed to systems and methods for synchronizing a random seed value among a plurality of multi-core nodes in a cluster of nodes for generating a cookie signature. The cookie signature may be used for protection from SYN flood attacks. A cluster of nodes comprises one master node and one or more other nodes. Each node comprises one master core and one or more other cores. A random number is generated at the master core of the master node. The random number is synchronized across every other core. The random number is used to generated a secret key value that is attached in the encoded initial sequence number of a SYN-ACK packet. If the responding ACK packet does not contain the secret key value, then the ACK packet is dropped.

Abstract: Approaches for an operating system to ascertain whether files stored its file system have been deemed trustworthy. When an operating system receives a request to perform an operation involving a file that is stored within the file system maintained by the operating system, the operating system requests the file from a driver. In turn, the driver consults a set of trust data to identify whether the file has been previously deemed trustworthy. Upon the driver determining that the file has been deemed trustworthy, the driver provides the file to the operating system in a first format. On the other hand, upon the driver determining that the file has not been deemed trustworthy, the driver provides the file to the operating system in a second format that is different than the first format. Advantageously, the file is stored in a single format in the file system.

Abstract: At least one first frame of a first data flow is inspected by a general processing unit to associate the first data flow with an aggregate session, the aggregate session corresponding to a first set of aggregate data flows including the first data flow and at least one other data flow. Acceleration of the first data flow, by a network processing unit, can be authorized based on the inspection of the at least one first frame. Acceleration of the first data flow can be subject to at least a set of conditions including an aggregate trigger, the aggregate trigger defining that the acceleration of at least the first data flow be halted in response to an aggregate threshold amount of traffic being detected among the first set of aggregate data flows.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed toward techniques and configurations for an optical device having a semiconductor layer to propagate light and a mirror disposed inside the semiconductor layer and having echelle grating reflective surface to substantially totally internally reflect the propagating light inputted by one or more input waveguides, to be received by one or more output waveguides. The waveguides may be disposed in the semiconductor layer under a determined angle relative to the mirror reflective surface. The determined angle may be equal to or greater than a total internal reflection angle corresponding to the interface, to provide substantially total internal reflection of light by the mirror. The mirror may be formed by an interface of the semiconductor layer comprising the mirror reflective surface and another medium filling the mirror, such as a dielectric. Abstract: Pharmaceutical compositions and dosage forms for administration of hydrophobic drugs are provided. The pharmaceutical compositions include a therapeutically effective amount of a hydrophobic drug, preferably a steroid; a solubilizer, and a surfactant. The synergistic effect between the hydrophobic drug and the solubilizer results in a pharmaceutical formulation with improved dispersion of both the active agent and the solubilizer. As a result of the improved dispersion, the pharmaceutical composition has improved bioavailability upon administration. Methods of improving the bioavailability of hydrophobic drugs administered to a patient are also provided.

Abstract: Techniques are described for generating automated advice with respect to consolidating a plurality of sources. In an embodiment, a set of one or more parameters relating to a proposed consolidation for a plurality of consolidation sources is received. In response to receiving the set of one or more parameters, a set of one or more recommendations for consolidating the plurality of consolidation sources is generated and stored on at least one of a volatile or non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. In some embodiments, the set of one or more recommendations may indicate how to improve a performance associated with consolidating the plurality of sources to a set of one or more destinations based on a particular consolidation scenario. The set of one or more recommendations may be displayed during consolidation planning for the plurality of consolidation sources.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed toward techniques and configurations for an optical coupler. In some embodiments, the device may include an optical waveguide to transmit light input from a light source. The optical waveguide may include a semiconductor layer, having a trench with one facet that comprises an edge formed under an approximately 45 degree angle and another facet formed substantially normal to the semiconductor layer. The edge may interface with another medium to form a mirror to receive inputted light and reflect received light substantially perpendicularly to propagate the received light. The CC frames can include Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) or Continuity Check Message (CCM) frames which are regularly transmitted in a session, but do not currently include timestamps or sequence numbers.
