Abstract: Methods and apparatus relating to enabling augmented reality applications using eye gaze tracking are disclosed. An exemplary method according to the disclosure includes displaying an image to a user of a scene viewable by the user, receiving information indicative of an eye gaze of the user, determining an area of interest within the image based on the eye gaze information, determining an image segment based on the area of interest, initiating an object recognition process on the image segment, and displaying results of the object recognition process.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for generating tasks from user observations. One of the methods includes segmenting a plurality of observations associated with a user of a user device into a plurality of tasks previously engaged in by the user; and generating a respective task presentation for each of the plurality of tasks for presentation to the user.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a converged protocol stack can be used to unify communications from a first communication protocol to a second communication protocol to provide for data transfer across a physical interconnect. This stack can be incorporated in an apparatus that includes a protocol stack for a first communication protocol including transaction and link layers, and a physical (PHY) unit coupled to the protocol stack to provide communication between the apparatus and a device coupled to the apparatus via a physical link. Significant business objectives correspond to “Quests” where a Quest includes Missions and Tasks. Abstract: Gamified computerized project management system and method which harnesses the innate human desire for playful competition and continual skill advancement to improve organizational productivity. The system allows team member bidding on project tasks, where they accumulate points according to various criteria including how well their work product meets previously established criteria, as well as an opportunity to acquire additional points from mastering various task related learning material. Other factors, such as providing assistance to other team members, evaluating work product, and the like are also awarded points. Competition is fostered by allowing team members to see where their point score ranks versus other players, while teamwork and member skill growth is also encouraged. Abstract: A gas turbine system includes a fuel nozzle. The fuel nozzle has a first wall extending along an axis and defines a first fluid passage. A second wall surrounds the first wall and defines a second fluid passage. A third wall surrounds the second wall and defines a third fluid passage. The first and second fluid passages are configured to collectively direct a flow of air and fuel into a combustion region to produce a flame. The third fluid passage is configured to direct a diluent into the combustion region to adjust a combustion parameter of the flame.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to methods, systems and computer program products for conducting an online transaction on a website involving sensitive information. Such embodiments provide methods, systems and computer program products to: (a) register at least one entity with a gate keeper module, the registering comprising associating the entity with a subscription level; (b) associate a sub-string of a character string with a unique token so that a direct link does not exist between the unique token and the character string; and (c) during processing of the online transaction: (i) using the unique token for intermediate steps during the processing of the online transaction; and (ii) only accessing the character string in storage memory to complete the online transaction after receiving a request from at least one registered entity associated with a subscription level associated with a privilege to receive the requested sensitive information.

Abstract: A tip shroud of a bladed rotor can be monitored for integrity using a sensor configured to detect the tip shroud. A signal from the sensor can be monitored and if the magnitude of the signal changes, such as beyond a defined amount, an indication of possible damage can be made. A baseline sensed pattern for a revolution of the tip shroud can be compared to an operation sensed pattern for a subsequent revolution, and the indication of damage can be made if there is more than the defined amount and/or percentage of difference between the patterns.

Abstract: A system includes a fuel supply system. The fuel supply includes a primary fuel supply, a fuel additive supply, and a common pipeline coupled to the primary fuel and fuel additive supplies. The primary fuel supply includes a primary fuel having a first average molecular weight. The fuel additive includes a fuel additive having a second molecular weight that is greater than the first average molecular weight. The common pipeline is configured to direct a mixture of the primary fuel and the fuel additive into a fuel nozzle.

Abstract: A power save unit of a first network device determines a sleep duration associated with a sleep mode of a low-power network device based on an exchange of information between the first network device and the low-power network device of a communication network. The power save unit determines whether the low-power network device is in the sleep mode. In response to determining that the low-power network device is in the sleep mode, the power save unit redirects network packets destined to the low-power network device to the first network device. The first network device stores the redirected network packets and notifies the low-power network device that the first network device has stored the redirected network packets.

Abstract: A gas turbine system includes a fuel nozzle. The fuel nozzle includes a first fluid conduit defining an oxidant passage, a second fluid conduit defining a first fuel passage, and a third fluid conduit surrounding the second fluid conduit and defining a second fuel passage. A first orifice is disposed on the second fluid conduit and is configured to fluidly couple the first fuel passage to the oxidant passage. A second orifice is disposed on the third fluid conduit and is configured to fluidly couple the second fuel passage to the oxidant passage. A first diameter of the first orifice is less than a second diameter of the second orifice.

Abstract: In one embodiment, the present invention provides an ability to handle an error occurring during a memory migration operation in a high availability system. In addition, a method can be used to dynamically remap a memory page stored in a non-mirrored memory region of memory to a mirrored memory region. This dynamic remapping may be responsive to a determination that the memory page has been accessed more than a threshold number of times, indicating a criticality of information on the page. The concurrent association manager concurrently associates the wireless station with two or more wireless coordinators. Each wireless coordinator forms its respective wireless network. The concurrent association manager sets the wireless station in a sleep mode operation with respect each wireless network and detects a selection for operation with respect to one of the wireless coordinator.

Abstract: In one embodiment, the present invention includes an apparatus having an adapter to communicate according to a personal computer (PC) protocol and a second protocol. A first interface coupled to the adapter is to perform address translation and ordering of transactions received from upstream of the adapter. The first interface is coupled in turn via one or more physical units to heterogeneous resources, each of which includes an intellectual property (IP) core and a shim, where the shim is to implement a header of the PC protocol for the IP core to enable its incorporation into the apparatus without modification. A notification server sends notification of the call to a device associated with the first user. A network access server may then receive a response to the notification. Thereafter, the notification server sends a notification of a collaboration request to a device associated with the second user based on the response, and the application server initiates a collaboration between the first user and the second user based on a determination that the second user accepts the collaboration request.
