  • Patent number: 11714742
Abstract: High level synthesis (HLS) begins with high-level specification of a problem, where behavior is generally decoupled from e.g., clock-level timing. Programming code can be run and debugged during functional simulation using debugging techniques. However, it is not possible to understand execution flow of register transfer level instructions (RTL) generated during RTL debug. Conventionally, it is challenging and not possible due to nature of debugging techniques which ignore printf statements in code for invocation. Systems and methods of present disclosure synthesize printf and/or scanf statements for generating debug messages in HLS code, wherein printf and/or scanf statements is/are included before/after function(s) in sections comprising instructions in code and synthesized as a block during run-time which communicate with host system and debug messages are generated for display on screen.

  • Publication number: 20230239160
Abstract: In Secure-Asynchronous Signing, when a record is inserted into a collection of records by a user, the user specifies a registered digital certificate to associate with the record. The digital certificate was previously registered by the user. To subsequently sign a record, the user provides a digital signature. The digital signature is validated using data in the record and a public key of the digital certificate that was associated with the row. Invalid digital signatures are detected and rejected regardless of how long afterward the attempt to sign the row occurs after inserting the row.

  • Publication number: 20230236868
Abstract: A virtual machine malware detection service caches contents that correspond to operating system registries. By caching the content of important registers, the malware detector is able to efficiently traverse virtual machine memory contents to identify important operating system properties. Examples of such operating system properties include a list of running processes. The malware detector replaces agent-based threat detection for compute endpoints. The malware detector detects cryptocurrency miners and malware by scanning guest virtual machine (VM) memories. The guest VM memory may be scanned according to the guest physical address. According to some examples, the memories of guest user processes may be scanned one by one, using the page table address for each guest process to efficiently locate its memory.

  • Publication number: 20230237230
Abstract: Systems or methods of the present disclosure may provide a library including multiple personas that may be pre-generated by a manufacturer and/or custom generated by a designer that may be used to implement a design onto an integrated circuit device. The design may be decomposed into one or more personas to be implemented as coarse-grained operations on the integrated circuit device, thereby decreasing compilation time experienced by the designer. The personas may be loaded into one or more regions of the integrated circuit device to realize the design. That is, the design may be realized by one persona may be implemented across multiple regions, one region may be configured by multiple personas, one persona configuring one region, or any combination thereof. Additionally or alternatively, the integrated circuit device may include networks-on-chip to improve data routing between the regions.

  • Patent number: 11711094
Abstract: High speed, high dynamic range SAR ADC method and architecture. The SAR DAC comparison method can make fewer comparisons with less charge/fewer capacitors. The architecture makes use of a modified top plate switching (TPS) DAC technique and therefore achieves very high-speed operation. The present disclosure proffers a unique SAR ADC method of input and reference capacitor DAC switching. This benefits in higher dynamic range, no external decoupling capacitory requirement, wide common mode range and overall faster operation due to the absence of mini-ADC.

  • Publication number: 20230229636
Abstract: A method of synchronously executing input/output operations (IOs) for a plurality of applications using a storage device with a file system includes the steps of: receiving a first write IO including an instruction to write first data at a first address of the file system; determining that, within a first range of the file system comprising the first address, there are no pending unmap IOs for deallocating storage space of the storage device from files of the plurality of applications; after determining that there are no pending unmap IOs within the first range, locking the first range to prevent incoming unmap IOs from deallocating storage space within the first range from the files of the plurality of applications; after locking the first range, writing the first data to the storage device at the first address; and after writing the first data, unlocking the first range.

  • Patent number: 11704199
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods and techniques of data replication involving cross replication group (RG) references. The present disclosure avoids automatic replication failing when an entity in an RG refers to another entity external to the RG. The entity to be replicated within the RG is referred to as the “referring entity,” and the entity as the dangling reference is referred to as the “referred entity.” Although the referring and referred entities are not replicated together in a replication operation, the referred entity may have already been replicated to the target account in another replication operation on a different replication group. In such cases, the data replication procedure may, according to aspects of the present disclosure, check if the referred entity has already been replicated, and if so, proceed to replicate the referring entity without fail, and link the referring and referred entities to enable normal functioning of the referring entity.
