Publication number: 20190128954Abstract: Automatic test equipment with multiple components to generate highly accurate and stable analog test signals and method for operating the test system in semiconductor manufacturing process are disclosed. Output analog signals from existing test systems often fail the stability and accuracy requirement with less than 10 mV variations for testing certain electronic devices, due in part to environmental condition variations such as temperature fluctuations. Traditional compensation mechanisms for temperature variations involve time consuming and disruptive calibration procedures. Disclosed here is a system and method that provides near real-time monitoring and compensation for temperature-induced variations via a digital control mechanism that compensates for environmental variations in a time scale of less than 10 milliseconds and maintains the AC output analog signal with 10 milliVolt accuracy.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 29, 2016Publication date: May 2, 2019Inventors: Zai-man Chen, Pei-Lai Zhang

Patent number: 10141132Abstract: The present invention discloses a dual-actuator switch, comprising: a base, a first electrical connection member, a second electrical connection member, a first isolation sleeve cylinder, a second isolation sleeve cylinder, a first actuator, a second actuator, and a cover. By pressing one of the two actuators to drive one of the two isolation sleeve cylinders to rotate, the isolation sleeve cylinder is driven to prop one of the two electrical connection members by a protrusion member thereof, such that one of two switching operations is carried out. It is worth noting that, the electrical connection members are isolated from the actuators by the isolation sleeve cylinders during the whole electrical switching procedures. As a result, ambient moisture is absolutely blocked from getting into the base for infiltrating the electrical connection members during the up and/or down motion of the actuators.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 2017Date of Patent: November 27, 2018Assignees: SOLTEAM ELECTRONICS (DONG GUAN) CO., LTD., SOLTEAM ELECTRONICS (SU ZHOU) CO., LTD., SOLTEAM ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.Inventors: Kuo-Jui Tseng, Chi-Meng Phang, Chien-Man Chen

Patent number: 9673001Abstract: Differing from the conventional rotary switches, a rotary switch provided by the present invention is design to perform bidirectional rotation by double shaft, such that this rotary switch has the maximum switching levels of 32. Particularly, two retaining members having a spring accommodating trough are adopted for accommodating the compression springs; therefore, when switching the rotary switch from one switching level to another one switching level, each the retaining member does ensured to fully embed into one of the rotary grooves formed around the disk side edge of the corresponding rotary disks; the reason is that the compression springs suffer to pressing force would not bend during switching the novel rotary switch, such that the functions of the electric product can be switch smoothly and completely.Type: GrantFiled: April 30, 2015Date of Patent: June 6, 2017Assignees: SOLTEAM ELECTRONICS (DONG GUAN) CO., LTD., SOLTEAM ELECTRONICS (SU ZHOU) CO., LTD., SOLTEAM ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.Inventors: Ying-Sung Ho, Chien-Man Chen, Chi-Meng Phang, Chih-Wei Chen

Publication number: 20120315270Abstract: The present invention provides immunogens that protect against RSV infection. The present invention also provides antibody proteins that protect against RSV infection. Such immunogens and antibody proteins are produced based on three-dimensional models also included in the invention. One model is of a complex between motavizumab and its antibody-binding domain on RSV fusion (F) protein. A second model is of a complex between 10 IF antibody and its antibody-binding domain on RSV F protein. The immunogens disclosed herein have been modified to elicit a humoral response against RSV F protein without eliciting a significant cell-mediated response against RSV. Such immunogens can comprise a scaffold into which RSV contact residues are embedded. The present invention also includes methods that utilize the disclosed three-dimensional models to produce immunogens and antibody proteins of the present invention.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 21, 2010Publication date: December 13, 2012Applicants: UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON, SECRETARY, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICESInventors: Jason S.
