The energy storing unit has at least one torsion spring having forwardly extending short and long legs which are connected to a pivotable handle and the striking member. An anchoring member is disposed forwardly of and slidable relative to the handle and is detachably engaged with the striking member. During a pivotal movement of the handle, the short and long legs of the torsion spring are moved in opposite directions to store a biasing energy and to force the striking member upwards, which in turn moves the striking member downward for performing a fastener striking stroke once the anchoring member is disengaged from the striking member to release the torsion spring.

A voltage regulator loop comprises an amplifier, an optional buffer, a series-pass device with current sense and a feedback network which provides a feedback voltage to the amplifier. A current regulation loop comprises the amplifier, the optional buffer, the series-pass device, the feedback network and a constant current controller comprising a trans-impedence amplifier and a transconductance comparator which generate a current signal to a pseudo-constant bias (PCB) and a voltage signal to the adaptive compensation network (ACN) of the amplifier.

Abstract: Disclosed is method for plating a PVD (physical vapor deposition) germ killing film, employing a vacuum magnetron sputtering technology and using a nano-silver-containing target for uniformly distributing nano-silver to form a germ killing film. The method can achieve the aim of full germ killing. Besides, nano-silver is enveloped in the sputtering target to form the film, so the target material target can play the role of protecting the nano-silver. Target material can be Al, Cr, stainless steel and Cu. Therefore, the nano-silver is protected; wear resistance of the germ killing film is increased; and the germ killing film can continuously kills germs for a long time.
