Abstract: This invention relates to a method of preparing a coating formulation for processing a release paper and a method of processing a release paper with the coating formulation for use in synthetic leather industry. The coating formulation includes MEMO-surface modified nanoparticles and an acrylate composition. The release paper processed by the coating formulation is found to demonstrate an improved abrasion resistance.
