    Abstract: The present invention discloses an organic electroluminescence device, comprising a luminescent layer, wherein, a host material of the luminescent layer comprises a thermally activated delayed fluorescence material, the host material is doped by a dye, and the dye comprises at least one phosphorescent dye. The present invention employs a thermally activated delayed fluorescence material, whose difference between the triplet state energy level and the singlet state energy level (?EST) is relatively small. The present invention employs the material as the phosphorescence host, so part of the triplet state exciton level transfers to the singlet state excitons, and the amount of the overall triplet state excitons is smaller.

    Abstract: The disclosure is related to an array substrate having a touch function and a display device. The display device comprises a plurality of touch electrodes arranged in an array, a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of data lines. The scan lines and the data lines intersect with each other to define pixel regions on the display device. Each of the pixel electrodes is arranged in the corresponding pixel region and electrically connects to the corresponding scan line and the corresponding data line. Each touch electrode corresponds to at least one pixel region; at least an opening portion is formed at the overlapping regions between each of the touch electrode and at least one of the scan lines and the data line to reduce the coupling capacitance. Through the above-described manner, the disclosure can effectively improve the precision of the touch screen.

The method for decoding a QR code may include detecting rough locations of the QR code by a learning-based QR code detector which is pre-trained off-line; localizing finder patterns and alignment patterns within each detected location; correcting geometric distortion of each QR code, based on the localized finder patterns and alignment patterns; restoring a color of each data module within each corrected QR code by a learning-based classifier; and decoding the QR code from each restored QR code. The application also discloses a system and a method to determine the optimal setting parameters for creating a multi-layer QR code to fulfill the user's requirements. Some applications enabled by these systems and methods are also disclosed.
