    Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprising an analytic server that automates training dataset generation for different application areas. The server may perform an automated, iterative refinement process to build a collection of dataset generator models over time. The server may receive a set of seed examples in a domain and generate candidate examples based on the features of the seed examples using data synthesis techniques. The server may execute a pre-trained label discriminator (LD) and domain discriminator (D2) on the candidate examples. The LD may identify and reject mislabeled data. The D2 may identify and reject out of domain data. The analytic server may regenerate new labeled data based on the feedback of the LD and D2. The analytic server may train a dataset generator by iteratively performing these steps for refinement until the regenerated candidate examples reach a pass rate threshold.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a system for measurement of blood pressure by detecting the Korotkoff sound. The system comprises an arm band placed on the brachial artery of the user and pressure is applied to the artery by inflating the cuff through an inflation pump provided in a measurement unit, thereby forcing the artery to close. Further, the pressure is reduced by opening at least one valve and by reducing the pressure the Korotkoff sounds are detected using the ausculatory blood pressure monitoring component placed in pneumatic pathway of cuff. The acoustic sound is detected in the audible range of 20 Hz to 10 KHz and also ultrasonic range between 60 KHz to 80 Khz. In this range the signal to noise ratio is maximal. The method for detecting the blood pressure through the present system enhances acoustic signal detection that improves blood pressure measurement accuracy.

The web page is thereafter sent for display based on the new value for such interactive elements. In one embodiment, the new value corresponds to a width or height parameter, and the size of a first element is increased upon mis-selections found associated with the first element. In another embodiment, the new value corresponds to an inter-element distance between a pair of elements, when mis-selections are found associated with one of the pair of elements.

The device is configured to be flexible, such that it conforms to the natural curvature of the eye as it is advanced to the subretinal space.
