  • Patent number: 12112292
Abstract: Systems and methods for reconciling location based on multiple computing device signals. For example, the computing system can obtain location datasets associated with freight carrier services from computing sources. The computing system can determine an expected signal pattern for a location associated with a freight transportation service. The computing system can determine, for each computing source, a confidence score. The confidence score can represent the probability that the respective location dataset is associated with a load being transported for a freight transportation service. The computing system can determine a primary location dataset based on the confidence scores. The computing system can perform actions based on the primary location dataset.

  • Patent number: 12111110
Abstract: A heat exchanger for abating compounds produced in semiconductor processes is presented. When hot effluent flows into the heat exchanger, a coolant can be flowed to walls of a fluid heat exchanging surface within the heat exchanger. The heat exchanging surface can include a plurality of channel regions which creates a multi stage cross flow path for the hot effluent to flow down the heat exchanger. This flow path forces the hot effluent to hit the cold walls of the fluid heat exchanging surface, significantly cooling the effluent and preventing it from flowing directly into the vacuum pumps and causing heat damage. The heat exchanger can be created by sequentially depositing layers of thermally conductive material on surfaces using 3-D printing, creating a much smaller footprint and reducing costs.

  • Patent number: 12111908
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods to identify an electronic control unit transmitting a message on a communication bus, such as an in-vehicle network bus, are provided. ECUs transmit messages by manipulating voltage on conductive lines of the bus. Observation circuitry can observe voltage signals associated with the transmission at a point on the in-vehicle network bus. A distribution can be generated from densities of the voltage signals. ECUs can be identified and/or fingerprinted based on the distributions.

  • Patent number: 12112162
Abstract: For performing incremental analysis, analysis tools may reuse analysis information computed earlier for intermediate representation (IR) objects that remain unchanged between versions of program. But identification numbers (IDs) of unchanged IR objects change over versions due to changes with each run of incremental analysis, thereby making it difficult to reuse analysis information as tools require IDs of unchanged IR objects from previous versions. Present disclosure provides method and system for mapping IR objects for facilitating incremental analysis. The system first extracts attributes associated with each IR object present in previous version to create data structure for storing IR objects. The system then determines unchanged lines between versions to create line number map. Thereafter, system uses line number map to create ID-based IR mapping between ID of each unchanged IR object present in each unchanged line in current version and ID of each IR object stored in data structure.

  • Patent number: 12112297
Abstract: Disclosed is an improved approach to process data and events from disparate ecosystems pertaining to products. An approach is provided to automatically cluster events from various ecosystems into noteworthy incidents and to correlate them with entities extracted from each system. Incidents are correlated between ecosystems to classify the type of incidents and to give a coherent converged picture of the event streams coming from the various ecosystems. Noteworthy incidents are automatically converted into tickets and their severity is ascertained from the associated incidents. Tickets that reference underlying defects with the product or service are converted into issues.

  • Patent number: 12113106
Abstract: Devices and methods for providing a power transistor structure with a shallow source region include implanting a dopant of a first dopant polarity into a drift region on a source side of a gate structure to form a body region, the body region being self-aligned to, and extending under, the gate structure, and producing a shallow body region wherein the source side hybrid contact mitigates punch through of the shallow self-aligned body region and suppresses triggering of a parasitic bipolar. A retrograde body well, of the first dopant polarity, may be disposed beneath, and noncontiguous with, the shallow self-aligned body region, wherein the retrograde body well improves the electric field profile of the shallow self-aligned body region. A variety of power transistor structures are produced from such devices and methods.

  • Publication number: 20240333009
Abstract: Systems, circuits, and methods are disclosed for charging battery cells by generating a shaped charge signal that is shaped as controlled through a signal shaping generator. In one example, one or both of a pair of transistors may be controlled with a pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal with a duty cycle. The PWM signal is applied to the gates of the respective transistors to produce a sequence of pulses, which when applied to an inductor, produces a shaped waveform that may be applied to the battery. In an aspect, the duty cycle of the PWM controlling the operation of the transistors correlates to a charge current applied to the battery, such that a higher duty cycle of the PWM control signal results in a higher current applied to charge the battery. The signal shaping generator utilizes a target shape to begin shaping a charge signal for the battery.

  • Publication number: 20240330349
Abstract: Financial audits establish trust in the governance and processes in an organization, but they are time-consuming and knowledge intensive. To increase the effectiveness of financial audit, present disclosure provides system and method that address the task of generating audit recommendations that can help auditors to focus their investigations. Adverse remarks, financial variables mentioned in each sentence are extracted/identified from audit reports and category tag is assigned accordingly, thus creating a knowledge base for generating audit recommendations using a trained sentence classifier. In absence of labeled data, the system applies linguistic rule(s) to identify adverse remark sentences, and automatically create labeled training data for training the sentence classifier.

  • Publication number: 20240333815
Abstract: An improved information management system that implements a staging area or cache to temporarily store primary data in a native format before the primary data is converted into secondary copies in a secondary format is described herein. For example, the improved information management system can include various media agents that each include one or more high speed drives. When a client computing device provides primary data for conversion into secondary copies, the primary data can initially be stored in the native format in the high speed drive(s). If the client computing device then submits a request for the primary data, the media agent can simply retrieve the primary data from the high speed drive(s) and transmit the primary data to the client computing device. Because the primary data is already in the native format, no conversion operations are performed by the media agent, thereby reducing the restore delay.

  • Publication number: 20240329827
Abstract: Techniques for fingerprint encoded gesture initiation of device actions are described and are implementable to perform a variety of functionality based on touch-based gestures that are fingerprint encoded. For instance, a mobile device receives an input including a touch-based gesture. The mobile device generates fingerprint identity information based on the touch-based gesture, such as by a fingerprint sensor area that is operable to detect a pattern of a fingerprint in contact with the fingerprint sensor area. Based on the fingerprint identity information, the mobile device determines that the fingerprint identity information is associated with a user of the mobile device. The mobile device then performs an action that corresponds to the touch-based gesture, e.g., based on a shape of the gesture. In one example, the action includes display of a customized user interface associated with a user profile that corresponds to the touch-based gesture.
