  • Patent number: 7154631
Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for selecting an image size and printing a received image in the selected image size. A computer file including an image is received. A range of sizes for printing the received image is calculated based on a plurality of quality standards in order to maintain a predetermined degree of quality for a printed image. The quality standards may be related to resolution, aspect ratio, number of pixels and orientation. Also, a user may provide a custom print size for printing the received image. If the custom print size is in the calculated range of sizes, the image may printed in the custom size. Alternatively, the image is printed in a size in the range.

  • Publication number: 20060144591
Abstract: A method and apparatus are described for creating a fluid seal in a subterranean well structure having a fluid seal defect. The method comprises introducing a meltable repair material proximate a structure in a subterranean well which has a fluid seal defect or enhanced seal capacity is required or it is desired to temporarily or permanently hydraulically isolate a portion the well or strengthen the structural integrity of well tubulars or tubular hangers. Exothermic reactant materials are located proximate the meltable repair material. The exothermic reactant material is ignited or an exothermic reaction otherwise initiated which supplies heat to and melts the meltable repair material into a molten mass. The molten mass flows and solidifies across the structure and the fluid seal defect to effect a fluid seal in the subterranean well structure or the structural integrity is enhanced.

The defective viral genome comprises the genome of a parental virus having the viral replicase recognition signals located on ends 3? and 5?, further comprising internal deletions, and wherein said defective viral genome depends on a helper virus for its replication and encapsidation. These vectors are suitable for the forming of a recombinant system comprising the aforesaid expression vector, and a helper virus. The system is suitable for the manufacture of mono- and polyvalent vaccines against infectious agents of different animal species, especially pigs, dogs and cats, and as expression vehicles for antibodies protective against infectious agents.

  • Patent number: 7016085
Abstract: Automatic testing determines whether a proofing-file generator and receiver are in a common intranet. If so then the proofing file is automatically sent by a route that is substantially wholly within the intranet, and ideally peer-to-peer. If the generator and receiver are not in a common intranet, then preferably the file is sent by a conventional route through the Internet, preferably via a master server of the proofing service. The test preferably includes dynamically establishing IP addresses for the generator and receiver, and comparing the established IP addresses; however, consultation of a pretabulated listing is also possible.

  • Publication number: 20060037748
Abstract: A secondary plugging tool is disclosed for use in a subterranean plug, such as in a plugged and/or abandoned well. The repaired plug may be of a cementicious material, or a mechanically, hydraulically or electrically set plug or packer. The plugging tool includes an outer housing containing an eutectic metal alloy. A thermitic reaction charge is contained within chambers within an inner tubular member and a lower housing. The lower end of the outer housing being ported circumferentially there around, the thermitic reaction charge activates the eutectic metal charge such that the eutectic charge melts and pours out of the outer housing and across and upon the initial plug to repair any failure areas therein.
