The vehicle tracking portal is configured to obtain vehicle identification information regarding a vehicle. Then diagnostic information regarding the vehicle can be obtained. Then, based on the vehicle identification and the diagnostic information, a recommended service for the vehicle can be determined. A user can then be alerted to the recommended service.

Abstract: Method and system are provided to facilitate transactions in a particular on-line trading platform from a third party web site. The system may be configured to associate identification information, such as a uniform resource locator (URL), with a reference to an item of merchandise on a web page provided by a third party entity. In response to a request originated from a client device of a user, the method may cause presentation of a listing of the item of merchandise maintained in the particular on-line trading platform and a visual control to facilitate commencing of a transaction process with respect to the item of merchandise in the on-line trading platform.

The ESB system includes a processor configured to receive a request for access to the file system. The processor sends a portion of the metadata registry to a client device, the portion including a portion of the metadata and a directory structure identifying a set of the ESB infrastructure functions that the client device is authorized to access, the portion of the metadata allowing the client device to access a first infrastructure function of the set based on the storage location information. The processor further provides the first infrastructure function to the client device.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system may modify categories for points of interest (POIs) for display on a map at a client computing device based on a bias value corresponding to a classification of a user. A system may receive interaction events from client computing devices. The interaction events may each include an indication of a user interaction with a POI displayed on a digital map at a client computing device and each POI may include a category and a default zoom level. Using a user's location data, the system and method may classify the user based on the user's familiarity with an area surrounding the interaction event POI and assign a numerical bias to POIs that include the category of each interaction event POI. Subsequent requests for mapping data may then return categories of POIs according to the type of user sending the request based on the bias value.

Abstract: A system and method of sharing video experiences are described. A request may be received from a first device to view video content being captured by a second device. The first device may be enabled to display the video content being captured by the second device based on a determination that the first device is capturing or has captured video content. Enabling the first device to display the video content being captured by the second device may comprise streaming live video content being captured by the second device as the live video content is being captured by the second device. Enabling of the first device to display the video content captured by the second device may be further based on a determination that the first device is located within a geo-fence.

Abstract: Example methods and systems are directed to providing multi-dimensional search results. A source (e.g., a closed captioning stream) may provide a series of keywords. The series of keywords may be used to generate a series of searches. The results from the searches may be presented as part of a user interface in a grid. For example, one row may be presented for each keyword, with the row for the keyword containing the results from searching using that keyword. Alternatively, one column may be presented for each keyword, with the column for the keyword containing the results from searching using that keyword. The series of keywords may be generated once. Alternatively, new keywords may be periodically added to the series of keywords, causing the grid to be updated. Old keywords and their corresponding search results may periodically be removed from the grid.

The separation process section comprises a processing step, in which hydrogen peroxide H2O2 is added to the washing solution, and the separation process section comprises a precipitation stage, in which the washing solution is admixed with a sulphide precipitation reagent, causing the at least one primary heavy metal to precipitate in the form of a metal sulphide. The processing step in this system is carried out before the precipitation stage.

Items related to the media broadcast are identified. Correspondences between the identified items and listings of the items on a network-based publication system (e.g., eBay, Amazon.com, or Craigslist) are determined. The user is presented with options to perform actions with respect to the items or listings of the items.

Abstract: Techniques for facilitating a shopping experience based on a passenger's destination are described. According to various embodiments, a destination location of a passenger on a vehicle is determined. Contextual electronic content is then selected, based on the destination location of the passenger. Thereafter, the contextual electronic content is displayed via a user interface on a vehicle passenger seat display screen associated with the passenger or on the passenger's mobile device.
