  • Patent number: 11892020
Abstract: A connection assembly includes first and second components joinable along an axis of relative movement, starting from a separated disassembled state, into an interconnected assembled state, and transferable back into the disassembled state. The first component has a latching element and the second component has a latching element receptacle which cooperates with latching portions of the latching element in the assembled state. The latching portions are offset relative to each other when viewed in a circumferential direction, and are each movable along a movement path starting from a non-deformed rest state. A first portion of the movement path points in a disassembly direction, and a second portion of the movement path points in an assembly direction opposite the disassembly direction. The first portion of the movement path is limited by a stop against which the latching element rests in a course of disassembling the components.

  • Patent number: 11841045
Abstract: A connection assembly includes first and second components which, starting from a separated disassembled state, are joinable to each other along a plane of relative movement parallel to respective planes of extension of the components into an interconnected assembled state, and are transferrable back into the disassembled state. The first component has a latching element on either side of the plane of relative movement, and the second component has two latching element receptacles. In the assembled state, each of the latching element receptacles cooperates with a respective latching portion of a respective one of the latching elements. The latching portions are movable along a movement path starting from a non-deformed rest state. A first portion of the movement path pointing in a disassembly direction with respect to the rest state is limited by stop surfaces against which the respective latching elements rest in a course of disassembling the components.

  • Publication number: 20190004163
Abstract: A method for detecting a diaphragm of an electroacoustic sensor covered with snow/ice (e.g., an ultrasonic sensor on a vehicle). The method includes: a) after a sensor operation start, a temperature sensor, disposed in the interior of a sensor housing, ascertains a temporal temperature characteristic of an interior of the electroacoustic sensor, where the temperature of the sensor interior at the beginning of the sensor operation is below 0° C. In b), a second time range of the ascertained temperature characteristic is detected by a processing unit in that the temperature increase drops significantly in comparison with a temporally preceding first range. In c), if such a time range is detected, then it is inferred therefrom that the diaphragm of the electroacoustic sensor is covered with snow/ice. In d), if it was detected that a diaphragm of the electroacoustic sensor is covered with snow/ice, a warning is output to the driver.
