Event records are then generated based on the correlation, activity records of the database, and another correlation of a unique identifier of one of the work items in each of the change and activity records. A generated value stream map (VSM) is then output for display that comprises a graphical timeline of activity associated with the linear process and metrics generated based on the event records and comprising real-time metrics for the process-blocks or stages and aggregate metrics for the linear process.

Abstract: A method for preparing beverages by extraction, employing high-pressure processing (HPP), for the bulk production of enriched beverages, ready for consumption and with an extended useful life. The method uses high hydrostatic pressures to perform a solid-liquid extraction and/or infusion (e.g. cold infusion) with an improved extraction rate and/or yield, and simultaneously inactivating spoilage and pathogenic micro-organisms to increase its safety and useful life. The method includes placing a mix (8) of solids and liquids in a bag (3) located within a vessel (4) and pressurising same to a pre-set pressure (up to 800 MPa) and maintaining said pressure (10) for a pre-set period of time. The method includes the subsequent depressurisation of the vessel (11) and the removal of the mix from the bag (12), filtering the same under ultra-clean conditions (13), thus obtaining a safe, particle-free beverage, enriched with the extracted compounds of interest.

Abstract: A semiconductor processing system includes a front-end module connected to a load lock, a process module coupled to the front-end module by the load lock, a purge/vent fluid inlet conduit connected to the load lock, a heater element coupled to the load lock by the purge/vent fluid inlet conduit, and a controller. The controller is operably connected to the heater element and responsive to instructions recorded on a memory to transfer a substrate carrying substrate moisture from the front-end module into the load lock, heat a purge/vent fluid using the heater element, flow the heated purge/vent fluid into the load lock using the purge/vent fluid inlet conduit, remove the moisture from the load lock using the heated purge/vent fluid, and transfer the substrate from the load lock to the process module for processing using the process module. Moisture control methods and heated purge/vent fluid arrangements are also described.
