There are also methods for decreasing the rate of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), providing comparable or improved pregnancy rates, decreasing the time to pregnancy, and inhibiting premature ovulation.     Abstract: An accessory attachment mechanism for a wagon is provided. The mechanism has a mounting bracket, a pivot arm, and a retention mechanism. The mounting bracket is connected to the wagon and has a first opening, a second opening, and a pivot member. The pivot arm is pivotally connected to the mounting bracket at the pivot member and pivots about a plane generally parallel to a base of the wagon between a storage position and a use position. A pin extends through the pivot arm into separate openings in the mounting bracket to retain the pivot arm in the storage and use positions. The retention mechanism is provided at an end of the pivot arm and has a moveable clamp member adapted to secure an accessory thereto.

Additionally, in response to a user input associating the first and second window views, a trajectory between the second and third vantage points can be generated sequentially linking the first and second window views.

The host selection identifies hardware resources for the podVM. A container scheduler is limited to bind the podVM to a node corresponding to the hardware resources of the host selection from the VM scheduler. The podVM is created in a host corresponding to the host selection. Containers are started within the podVM. The containers correspond to the container configurations.
