Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for transmitting messages, a transmission message containing one or more useful data objects is first transmitted to a switching component in order to be routed to a second telecommunications device, wherein the transmission is made by a transmitting telecommunications device. A plurality of variants of the one or more useful data objects is created in the switching component in accordance with a set of parameters, the second telecommunications device is then informed of the provision of the plurality of variants of the data objects for transmission to the second telecommunications device. Also, a delivery request message relating to a specific variant of the useful data objects is subsequently sent from the second telecommunications device to the switching component. The switching component then transmits a delivery message containing the requested variant of the useful data objects to the second telecommunications device.

The MMS-message is converted before being forwarded to the second subscriber device, if the second subscriber device is not connected to an MMS-enabled system or cannot received MMS-messages. Also, an interface device converts and forwards the MMS-message to a subscriber device for specifying the message format.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for blocking undesirable messages (MMs), which includes the following steps: a message is sent from a sender (MMS UA A) to a transmitter (MMS R/S A); the message is sent from the transmitter (MMS R/S A) to a service provider (MMSE SP B); the message is transmitted from the service provider (MMSE SP B) to a recipient (MMS UA B), such recipient being serviced by the service provider. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for handling or transmitting encrypted user data objects. According to such method, a data preparation component (D) of a data preparation system provides user data objects. The data preparation component first encrypts a user data object that has been prepared. It then determines a checksum of the encrypted user data object and creates a container data object (DCF), in which the encrypted user data object and the determined checksum are provided.
