  • Publication number: 20240223738
Abstract: A viewpoint setting unit of an image data generation device sets a reference viewpoint on a basis of position and orientation information regarding a head-mounted display, and a reference image drawing unit generates a reference image in a field of view corresponding to the reference viewpoint. An additional data generation unit acquires color information regarding an occluded part not represented in the reference image from a different viewpoint as additional sampling data. A reprojection unit of the head-mounted display transforms the reference image into an image from a latest viewpoint and determines a pixel value of the hidden part using the additional sampling data.

  • Patent number: 10733963
Abstract: A luminance space conversion section of an information processing apparatus converts an image signal represented in a luminance space corresponding to an SDR into a signal represented in a luminance space corresponding to an HDR, and outputs the converted signal to a synthesis processing section that performs alpha blend processing on an HDR image. In an adjustment mode, a parameter adjustment section allows a display apparatus to display an adjustment image represented in the SDR and adjusts a parameter used for a conversion of the luminance space so that a change in a display image is made small before and after converting the luminance space. The parameter is stored in a conversion parameter storage section after the adjustment and is used when a luminance signal conversion section performs conversion processing.

  • Patent number: 9002779
Abstract: To provide an apparatus and method for efficiently displaying image content, which is sent and received between a server and a client, in a correct direction. An image content providing server stores, as property information, original angle information indicating correct directions of image content as metadata of the image content. The server generates content information including the original angle information and sends the generated content information to a client. This allows the client to understand the correct direction of the image content received from the server, and to obtain and display image data in the correct direction by performing rotation processing in the client device based on the obtained information or to request the server to perform the rotation processing.

  • Publication number: 20120043278
Abstract: PROBLEM: To provide a novel paint waste liquid treatment method that is of simple construction, may be handled with ease, is easy to operate, and has good efficiency. SOLUTION MEANS: A method of treating waste liquid containing paint associated with the present invention is characterized in that at least one of either a treatment solution or a waste liquid containing paint is atomized and supplied in droplet form to a treatment tank, and a treatment solution phase and a waste liquid phase are mixed to produce flowing material in an emulsified state (a flowing emulsion), to treat said waste liquid. The present invention makes it possible for treatment of paint waste liquid to be carried out more simply and more easily than is the case with biological waste liquid treatment techniques, and makes it possible for treatment to be carried out at sites where waste liquid is generated. • Patent number: 7996538
Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus and method capable of efficiently sending an event corresponding to content to be transmitted from a server to each client. A content providing server assigns a session ID to each client on condition that the server receives an event notification request, which specifies an event URL, from the client and then manages an event notification process on the basis of the event URL and the session ID. When respectively transmitting pieces of content to a plurality of clients, the server determines event information to be transmitted on the basis of each event URL regarding the corresponding piece of content and controls event notification timing for each client on the basis of the corresponding session ID. According to the present configuration, the load of managing data in the event notification process on the server can be reduced and a correct event synchronized with transmission content can be sent to each client.
