Abstract: An aluminum chelate-based latent curing agent capable of curing a thermosetting epoxy resin under the condition of relatively low temperature in a short period of time is provided. Furthermore, a method for manufacturing the latent curing agent is provided, in which the curing conditions of the aluminum chelate-based latent curing agent can be controlled relatively easily. The aluminum chelate-based latent curing agent is prepared by reacting an aluminum chelate agent with a silsesquioxane type oxetane derivative in the presence of a water insoluble or poorly water-soluble cellulose ether, whereby latency properties are imparted thereto. This latent curing agent contains a coating layer composed of the water insoluble or poorly water-soluble cellulose ether. Preferably, the surface is treated with an isocyanate compound.

Abstract: An electrical and electronic system includes an air-bag ECU and a squib. The air-bag ECU has a power supply circuit, an electronic element, a noise protection line, a switching element and a voltage detector. The noise protection line is connected between an element line, which is connected to the electronic element and the squib and to the ground. The switching element is connected to the noise protection line in series. When the voltage detector detects a large noise, it turns on the switching element to protect the electronic element from such a large noise.

Abstract: A switching booster power circuit includes a power switch, a booster circuit, a switching control, a voltage detector and a delay circuit. The voltage detector detects an input voltage value at a predetermined point of an electricity supply line from the power switch to an electric load, and determines the input voltage value to be larger than a predetermined voltage threshold or not. The delay circuit outputs an enabling signal enabling the switching control to operate, when a predetermined time period is elapsed after the input voltage value becomes larger than the voltage threshold.

In order to open the molds, the side core (62) is slid, and the center core body (63) is thereby separated from the side core bodies (66L, 66R). The center core body (63) is thereby withdrawn from the weather strip (1), and the side core bodies (66L, 66R) thereafter are withdrawn.

Abstract: A DC-DC converter for boosting an input voltage to a higher output voltage includes an inductor, a field effect transistor, a first ON signal generating circuit, a second ON signal generating circuit, an OFF signal generating circuit, a transistor driving signal generating circuit, and a switching frequency varying circuit. The switching frequency varying circuit changes a first ON time with the passage of time, so that the energy of switching noise is diffused without concentrating at specific frequencies. Thus, magnitude of the energy of switching noise in each switching frequency can be reduced.

Abstract: An objective is to provide a vehicle interior accessory retainer capable of securely retaining an accessory, resistant to deterioration with age and by heat, and capable of preventing reduction in a retaining load. A vehicle interior accessory retainer H is comprised of a base 1, and a base inner 3, and the base inner 3 is provided with a plate spring 2. The plate spring 2 is provided with a planar portion 21 arranged along a bottom plate 35 in the base inner 3, upright portions 22, 23 formed as standing upright from both sides of the planar portion 21 and arranged along side walls 33, 34 in the base inner 3, and base-retaining pieces 24, 25 formed as directed inward from the upright portions 22, 23. The base-retaining pieces 24, 25 retain the base 1.

After a core body is taken out of a molded portion precursor, the blocking clip is attached thereto, so that the molded portion is obtained.

Abstract: A method for controlling a power slide door having an operable window for a vehicle for preventing an entrapment between the power slide door and a vehicle body by limiting a slidable range of the power slide door by portion of a stopper, which the stopper functions in a condition where the window is opened more than or equal to a certain range, the method comprising steps of judging if the entrapment is generated within a predetermined range in which the power slide door can be stopped by portion of the stopper in a condition where the entrapment with a foreign object is generated during an opening operation of the power slide door, performing a reverse operation of the power slide door in a closing direction by a certain distance in a condition where the entrapment is generated within the predetermined range, and stopping the power slide door.

Abstract: A weather strip includes extruded parts and a molded part. In the molded part which corresponds to an upper corner part, a slit is formed in a base portion thereof for ease of the removal of a core mold. The slit is provided with a first slit and a second slit, and an integral bride portion is provided between those slits. The second slit is formed so as to extend through an inner corner portion. The existence of the bridge portion obviates the necessity of bonding and this obviates further the necessity of making allowance for an extent of deformation associated with the closure of the slit portion. In addition, the implementation of removal work of the core mold can be facilitated.
