    Abstract: Provided is a semiconductor device capable of increasing the number of signals. A semiconductor device according to an embodiment of the invention includes memories; a controller that designates addresses of the memories; a mounting board having lines formed thereon, the lines connecting the controller with the memories; and a first ball group that connects the controller with the lines of the mounting board. A plurality of address lines formed on the mounting board includes an address line formed of a front surface wiring layer, and an address line formed of a back surface wiring layer. In each of the front surface wiring layer and the back surface wiring layer, each of the address lines from first balls of the first ball group is routed in order from a first memory to a fourth memory.

    Abstract: An oil pump includes a first spill passage formed on a side surface (60) of a pump chamber (58) to communicate a hydraulic pressure chamber (54) with a first high pressure discharge passage (68) when the entire hydraulic pressure chamber (54) is positioned between the first high pressure discharge passage (68) and a first low pressure discharge passage (70). Therefore, when the hydraulic pressure chamber (54) passes between the first high pressure discharge passage (68) and the first low pressure discharge passage (70), the hydraulic pressure inside the predetermined hydraulic pressure chamber (54) escapes to the first high pressure discharge passage (68) through a first spill passage (76), so a hydraulic pressure value inside the hydraulic pressure chamber (54) is maintained at the pressure value inside the first high pressure discharge passage (68).

Flicker which occurs in a captured image captured under a lighting environment such as a fluorescent light having a luminance change is effectively eliminated or reduced. A short exposure image and a long exposure image, which are images captured with at least two different exposure periods, are input, a short exposure image row profile having integrated values of a row-by-row signal quantity of the short exposure image and a reference profile having integrated values of a row-by-row signal quantity of the long exposure image are generated, a flicker correction waveform is generated by a division process on the short exposure image row profile by the reference profile or the like, and a corrected image is generated whose flicker components have been eliminated by a process of multiplying pixel values of each of the rows of the short exposure image by a row-by-row coefficient defined by the flicker correction waveform.

A high-pressure-port discharge amount of first and second high-pressure passages of the oil pump is determined such that an amount of consumption of working oil of relatively high pressure can be afforded only by the high-pressure-port discharge amount, during steady-state running of a vehicle in which engine speed is not lower than a predetermined threshold value corresponding to a predetermined lowest target input shaft speed of a continuously variable transmission for its shifting control. The pressure of the working oil discharged from first and second low-pressure discharge passages is kept at a predetermined low level, and the required drive torque of the oil pump is sufficiently reduced.
