  • Patent number: 10124092
Abstract: An air leak detection device is applied to a thoracic cavity drainage system which, by using negative pressure generated by a vacuum source, aspirates gas in the thoracic cavity of a patient via a water seal chamber in which liquid is received. The pressure between the vacuum source and the water seal chamber is measured by a pressure sensor, and the occurrence of air bubbles created in the water seal chamber is detected on the basis of fluctuations of this pressure.

  • Publication number: 20180192522
Abstract: A component mounting system includes a plurality of component supply devices (tape feeders) each of which supplies components from a component supply position and a component mounter that sucks the components from the component supply position of each of the plurality of component supply devices with a plurality of nozzles (suction nozzles) to install the components onto a board. A suction position correction value for correcting a suction position shift from a regular suction position when each of the nozzles sucks the components from the component supply position is calculated. The suction position is corrected based on the suction position correction value to suck the components. A suction position shift amount from the regular suction position is calculated. A feeder evaluation value, which is a sum of the suction position correction value and the suction position shift amount, is calculated for each of the plurality of component supply devices.

  • Patent number: 9198336
Abstract: An electronic component mounting system mounts an electronic component on a substrate to manufacture a mounting substrate, and can prevent a mounting failure due to a positional error in a height direction of a substrate and ensure mounting quality. A print test device for testing the substrate after solder printing measures a height position of a height measurement point set on the upper surface of the substrate 4 by a height measuring machine 22 and outputs a measurement result as substrate height data. In a component placing step using an electronic component placing device, a control parameter for controlling a component placing operation of the placing head 32 is updated. Accordingly, it is possible to correct a variation of the height position of an individual substrate and to prevent a mounting failure due to positional error in the height direction of the substrate.
