  • Publication number: 20140029324
Abstract: Provided is a power supply device that can suitably release heat with a small number of parts. In an AC-DC converter that is a power supply device according to an embodiment of the present invention, a heat conductive member thermally connected to a base plate is thermally connected to an upper surface of a stacked coil board including a main circuit board and circuit boards. This configuration causes heat generated in the stacked coil board to be transferred to the base plate also from the upper surface of the stacked coil board via the heat conducting member, whereby the heat release effect can be increased. In addition, since the heat conducting member is the only member used for releasing heat, the heat release effect can be increased while the number of parts is kept from increasing.

  • Publication number: 20130330011
Abstract: In a case where image data of a part of cameras is delayed, an image composing and re-encoding apparatus of an image display system generates and re-encodes incomplete composed image data in which a part of slices is absent and then transmits the incomplete composed image data. Then, when delayed image data is received from any one of the cameras, the image composing and re-encoding apparatus re-encodes and transmits the delayed image data alone. In a case where the incomplete composed image data is received, when the delayed image data is received thereafter, an image display apparatus generates complemented composed image data by complementing the image data. On the other hand, when the delayed image data is not received, complemented composed image data is generated by complementing the absent slice with past image data.

  • Publication number: 20130278373
Abstract: In the coil unit 1A of the power supply device 1, the U-shaped plate 51C constituting the U-shaped terminal 50 is used to electrically connect the print-coil substrates 30, 40. Further, the print-coil substrates 30, 40 constituting the coil unit 1A can be connected to the main circuit substrate 20 also by using the U-shaped terminal 50. Here, the print-coil substrate 30 is connected to the print-coil substrate 40 by using the U-shaped terminal 50, by which soldering for fixing the U-shaped terminal 50 is performed from the lower face side of the print-coil substrate 30. Therefore, as compared with a conventional constitution where soldering is performed from both sides of the stacked print-coil substrates, the print coils can be connected by soldering only from one side face, thus making it possible to reduce the amount of work necessary for connecting the print coils.

  • Patent number: 8232863
Abstract: A mobile device for a vehicle includes a receiving unit that receives transmission signals transmitted from individual transmitting antennas of a vehicle-side device; a control unit that determines distances to the individual transmitting antennas using the signal strengths of the received transmission signals; and a transmitting unit that transmits, to the vehicle-side device using wireless communication, data items indicating the distances. In a time period in which communication is not performed between the mobile device and the vehicle-side device, the signal strength of a received signal is measured, thereby obtaining a measurement value, and the measurement value is stored as a noise element in a memory. When communication between the mobile device and the vehicle-side device is performed, correction for noise is performed on the signal strengths of the transmission signals transmitted from the transmitting antennas, and the distances are determined.

  • Publication number: 20120099867
Abstract: A wavelength multiplexing optical communication device having an optical dispersion-compensating function compensating for waveform variation of an optical signal due to optical dispersion of a transmission line determines optimum dispersion-compensating values causing a minimum error rate with respect to pre-installed wavelength channels, produces a dispersion map of the transmission line based on optimum dispersion-compensating values, predicts an initial value of a dispersion-compensating value per a newly added wavelength channel with reference to the dispersion map, and starts scanning at the initial value so as to determine an optimum dispersion-compensating value of the newly added wavelength channel, thus updating the dispersion map by adding the optimum dispersion-compensating value of the newly added wavelength channel. Thus, it is possible to set an optimum dispersion-compensating value per each wavelength channel with a high precision, thus shortening the setting time.
