Abstract: A process for preparing a transparent electrode substrate comprising forming, on an insulated transparent substrate film (A), a polymer compound layer (B) formed from at least one class consisting of polyurethane resin, a polyester resin and an epoxy resin, forming partly thereon a water-soluble coating layer (C), further forming conductive layer (D) having a surface electric resistance of 10 to 10.sup.4 ohm/.quadrature., and dissolving and removing the water-soluble coating layer (C) and the transparent conductive layer (D) thereon by the aid of washing.

Abstract: A frequency range of measurement is divided into a plurality of regions. For each region a test signal suitable for measurement of the region is generated independently, and the test signal is supplied to a device under test. The output of the device under test is converted by an AD converter into a digital signal, which is then subjected to fast Fourier transform. For each region the sensitivity of the AD converter is set for optimal conversion of the signal level at its input side by the converter, and then the fast Fourier transform is carried out. On the basis of the sensitivity set for one of the regions, the magnitude of the fast Fourier transform output in each of the other regions is corrected according to the sensitivities set for the other regions.

Abstract: Soil fungi-inhibiting agent containing as the active ingredient one or more of the compounds represented by the following general formula ##STR1## wherein I. WHEN BOTH X and Y are oxygen atoms, Z is hydrogen atom, unsubstituted alkyl group, unsubstituted alkenyl group, ##STR2## (in this case the compound is p-toluene sulfonate), NH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 -- (in this case the compound is p-toluene sulfonate), acyl group, ClCH.sub.2 CONH--, or alkyl group substituted by substituents such as R.sub.1 COO--, CH.sub.3 COS--, R.sub.2 O--, R.sub.2 S--, HO--, HOOC--, CH.sub.3 CONH--, acyl group, alkoxyacyl group, where R.sub.1 is lower-alkyl group or alkenyl group, R.sub.2 is lower-alkyl group or benzyl group;Ii. when X is oxygen and Y is sulfur or --NH--, Z is lower alkyl group;Iii. when X is sulfur and Y is oxygen, Z is lower-alkyl group, acetylmethyl group, methoxymethyl group, 2-methyl-1-propynyl group or nitromethyl group;Iv. when X is sulfur and Y is --NH--, Z is lower-alkyl group.
