Publication number: 20170188249Abstract: A method for identifying a source of error in a communication network including at least one client configured to be connected to a base station is disclosed. The at least one client is arranged on a vehicle repetitively moving in a predetermined area. The method includes the steps of: collecting signal quality data from the at least one client for an extended time period when moving in the area, the signal quality data including a plurality of data entries; determining a position in the area at which each of the data entries was collected and a time at which each of the data entries was collected; identifying an anomaly in the signal quality data, by comparing newly collected signal quality data with previously collected data. A source of error may be determined from the time and position when the signal quality data having an anomaly was collected.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 6, 2015Publication date: June 29, 2017Applicant: ICOMERA ABInventor: Mats KARLSSON

Publication number: 20170161568Abstract: A method for identifying an alteration of an object in the vicinity of a train in operation travelling on a rail track along a route. The train is operative to transport passengers or cargo. The method includes capturing image data of an object located at a point of interest along said route when said train is operational on said rail track. Furthermore, said image data is analyzed to find matching reference image data stored in a data storage device. Based on said matching reference image data, said object is located at a position within said point of interest. Further, said image data is analyzed to find an alteration of said object compared to said matching reference image data. If an alteration is found, an action depending may be taken.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 2, 2016Publication date: June 8, 2017Applicant: ICOMERA ABInventor: Mats KARLSSON
