  • Publication number: 20250352519
Abstract: The disclosure provides methods of treating a patient having primary hyperoxaluria or idiopathic hyperoxaluria comprising administering a therapeutically effective amound of compound of the formula and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, and hydrates thereof to the patient. The variables, e.g. ring A, n, R, R3, R10, X, Y, and Z are defined herein. These compounds act as lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors and are useful inhibiting the conversion of glyoxylate to oxalate. When administered to a patient having a disease or disorder associated with elevated oxalate levels, such as PH type 1, type 2, or type 3 or idiopathic hyperoxaluria the compounds prevent or substantially reduce the amount and buildup of oxalate the patient's kidneys, bladder, urinary tract and other parts of the patient's body.

  • Publication number: 20250193261
Abstract: The present invention relates to a live message delivery system, including: user and recipient communication devices; an interface device with display and accessed by the user; an interface server which controls the interface device and adapts the display of the interface device to a conference event; a conference dialer which establishes a first communication link with the recipient communication device; a conference device which multiplexes communication links from the recipient to the user communication device, enabling group communication; and a conference controller which initiates and manages the conference event to deliver a real-time message reading from the user to the recipient via communication links, manages the conference dialer to contact each participant, and allows the user to deliver the live message to the participants with a time offset between each reading by the users such that each of the participants receives the live message during the conference event.

  • Publication number: 20250001878
Abstract: A bogie for a rail-based vehicle, such as a train or tram. The bogie comprises one or more rail wheel arrangements, each having two rail wheels. The rail wheels are driven by a motor arrangement, comprising one or more electrical motors. The operation of the motor arrangement is controlled by alternating signals provided by an inverter arrangement formed in the bogie. The inverter arrangements converts a direct current (power supply) to one or more alternating currents, or one or more alternating current power supplies, for controlling the torque applied by the electrical motor(s) of the motor arrangement.

  • Publication number: 20240378359
Abstract: Simulating a system involves running a simulation model on a virtual processor that interfaces to a simulator, the virtual processor being associated with a unique memory space in the memory space used by the simulator. The virtual processor technique gives the developer a simple technique for ensuring the model and simulator interactions are managed effectively, i.e. that no unintentional corruptions of each other's memory space are possible. It also facilitates making multiple instantiations of a C, C++ or other general purpose programming language model. The resulting environment also resolves one of the limitations on the use of third party models within the SystemC environment.

  • Publication number: 20240172901
Abstract: A table carried at the distal end of a table leg that is configured for anchoring entirely on a toilet. The table leg is anchored at its proximal end to an upside-down J-bracket configured to couple with the rim of a toilet bowl. A J-bracket typically includes a clamping mechanism to horizontally squeeze the rim. Table elevation above floor level may be adjusted by way of a telescopic table leg, and/or a coupling mechanism between the proximal table leg end and the J-bracket. Horizontal orientation of the table top surface may be maintained by an anti-twist mechanism and an anti-roll mechanism.
