  • Publication number: 20260167431
Abstract: A package conveyor system has one or more accumulation sections (402). An accumulation section has conveyor rollers (502), first and second accumulation subsections (402A1, 402A2), a driven roller (518) positioned between the accumulation subsections, a drive belt (516), a selectably-activated motor (520), and at least one belt tensioning device (512). An accumulation subsection has movable frames (506), idler rollers (508, 510) held in place by the movable frames, and actuators (514) connected to the movable frames. The drive belt is in contact with the idler rollers, the belt tensioning device, and the driven roller, with the drive belt being urged into contact with a first set of conveyor rollers when a first actuator is in a first position, and removed from contact with the first set of conveyor rollers when the first actuator is in a second position. • Patent number: 12583832
Abstract: Methods are provided for the synthesis of cannabinoids, including cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol (CBN), cannabichromene (CBC), cannabidiolic acid (CBDA), cannabigerol (CBG), cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), cannabidivarin (CBDV), cannabidibutol (CBD-C4), dihydrocannabidiol (DCBD), tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV), analogs thereof, and precursors to the foregoing. One method employs phloroglucinol or a phloroglucinol analog as a starting material. The syntheses are stereospecific, efficient, selective, and cost-effective, with little or no potential for generation of THC ((?)-trans-?9-tetrahydro-cannabinol) or any other psychoactive side product. Telescoped syntheses are also provided, as are new cannabinoids, pharmaceutical formulations, and methods of use.

  • Publication number: 20260061345
Abstract: Devices and methods associated therewith for facilitating movement, removal and/or installation of components from treatment units (e.g., water treatment units and wastewater treatment units). The treatment unit can take the form of a granular media filter (e.g., upflow filter, downflow filter or bi-flow filter) or a sludge collection basin. One preferred device is one or more floats facilitating safe removal of components of a treatment unit. The float(s) can be operably associated with an air scour system of a water filter to remove the air scour system from a granular media filter bed. The float(s) can be operably associated with a collection grid of a sludge collection container facilitating safe removal of the collection grid from the sludge collection container. Another preferred device is a flexible piping/conduit operably connected to a pressurized air source and an air scour system to assist in removal/installation of the air scour system.

  • Patent number: 12523972
Abstract: A distributed event engine for controlling distributed devices of a building management system executes as discrete event processes on distributed devices with sufficient computing power and availability. The distributed devices communicate via a peer-to-peer network and a distributed ledger (e.g. blockchain). An event engine configuration module assigns the event processes to the distributed devices based on device and capability information published to the distributed ledger. An edge device scoring process executing on the distributed devices executing the event processes determines which other distributed devices to control based on which devices are compatible with local event processes and/or electrically and geographically close, resulting in decreased latency, vulnerability to hacking and corruption of data.
