  • Patent number: 7380885
Abstract: A motor vehicle seat includes a pivotally mounted backrest such that the inclination of the backrest can be adjusted. The backrest has a front face that supports the back of a seat occupant. The seat has a spring assembly including at least one elastic element, which elastically pretensions the backrest to bias the backrest pivotally forwards such that the front face of the backrest can come to rest against the back of the seat occupant. The inclination of the backrest is adjustable by the exertion of force on its front face in opposition to the a force of the spring assembly. The spring assembly exerts a force on a gear element that is coupled to the backrest. A locking device is allocated to gear element, permitting the backrest to be locked in different positions.

  • Patent number: 7264293
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for connecting a vehicle seat to a vehicle floor, said device comprising at least one connecting element, which can be engaged with a locking element that is connected to a lateral seat section or the guide rail of the vehicle seat and can be actuated using an unlocking lever The inventive device is equipped with a slide control element that acts between the lateral seat section or the guide rail, the locking element and the unlocking lever. In a locked position and during a first phase for unlocking the vehicle seat by actuating the unlocking lever, said slide control element maintains the lock between the connecting element and the locking element until a predefined intermediate position is reached. In a second phase for unlocking the vehicle seat, the slide control element moves the locking element into an unlocking position, releasing the lock between the connecting element, the locking element and the lateral seat section or the guide rail (1) of the vehicle seat.

  • Publication number: 20070107650
Abstract: A marine flooring plate designed for use as walking base in a boat is disclosed. The marine flooring plates is constructed of a High Pressure Laminate (HPL) having a body of kraft paper (P) impregnated with thermo setting binding agent, an upper layer in the form of a decorating paper (D) imprinted with wood structure and impregnated with resin and a wear resistant top layer in the form of a transparent paper (O) impregnated with resin. The body of the high pressure laminate has a through inked black or brown core. The wear resistant top layer and the upper layer having wood structure décor is machined in the depth (d) and into the black/brown body of the high pressure laminate by means of a milling tool. • Patent number: 6095299
Abstract: A friction clutch for a motor vehicle is embodied with a centrifugal mass device, which has at least one mass-bearing compensating system. At least one component of the centrifugal mass device is equipped, to form the compensating system, with at least one chamber that holds, to a predetermined degree of fullness, a fluid medium, whose position in the chamber changes when a torsional vibration occurs. The effect resulting from this position change depends on the density and viscosity of the medium, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, on the arrangement of the chamber, which determines the vibrational behavior of the medium, the shape of the chamber, which determines the movement resistance, and its degree of fullness.
