  • Patent number: 11386283
Abstract: A method operates an apparatus for tinnitus characterization, in which, in a first step, a broadband test signal having a number of signal frequencies is generated and compared with a tinnitus noise. The respective test signal is stored with an associated comparison result. A probability correlation for determining the tinnitus noise is established based on the stored test signals and comparison results. In a second step, the amplitudes of the individual signal frequencies of the test signal are varied. The first and second steps are performed repeatedly until the probability correlation reaches or exceeds a first threshold value. In a third step, the amplitudes of the individual signal frequencies of the test signal are varied with reference to the probability correlation.

  • Patent number: 11270041
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a position-based dynamics approach for simulating objects using a set of points and constraints, applied as equations that restrict the relative motion of bodies. Forces are applied to the points to move them, and the constraints ensure that the points will not move in a way that is inconsistent with rules of the simulation. The present invention improves upon existing PBD approaches by using regularized constraints that directly correspond to well-defined energy potentials, and which can advantageously be solved independent of time step and iteration count.

  • Publication number: 20210382444
Abstract: A method teaches a control function, preferably a characteristic curve, of a hydrostatic motor of a traction drive of a work machine when in drive mode. The traction drive is provided with the hydrostatic motor and a hydrostatic pump, which is hydraulically connected to the hydrostatic motor.
