    Abstract: Methods for plasma treatment of films to remove impurities are disclosed herein. Methods for removing impurities can include positioning a substrate with a barrier layer in a processing chamber, the barrier layer comprising a barrier metal and one or more impurities, maintaining the substrate at a bias, creating a plasma comprising a treatment gas, the treatment gas comprising an inert gas, delivering the treatment gas to the substrate to reduce the ratio of one or more impurities in the barrier layer, and reacting a deposition gas comprising a metal halide and hydrogen-containing gas to deposit a bulk metal layer on the barrier layer. The methods can further include the use of diborane to create selective nucleation in features over surface regions of the substrate.

The sensing unit is arranged substantially centrally in the strap and the strap comprises compressible edge portions that run along opposite sides of the sensing unit such that, when the strap is mounted to a limb of a user, the edge portions are compressed against the skin to prevent or reduce the ingress of ambient light to the sensing unit.

    Abstract: A unit that fits on a supporting stake that is used to support a landscape light. The unit is placed over the light supporting stake during placement of the stake into the ground and indicates whether or not the stake is level. The unit includes a sleeve that can absorb hammer impacts so the stake can be driven into the ground with the level-indicator in place whereby the levelness of the impact-receiving face of the ground light supporting stake can be monitored as the ground light supporting stake is driven into the ground so that the stake will be level without requiring a torpedo level on the side of the light. Once the stake is in place, the unit is removed and the light associated with the stake is placed on the stake.
