  • Publication number: 20050089360
Abstract: An advanced cleaning system comprising cleaning compositions, pads, and implements provide effective cleaning of soft and hard surfaces. The system includes (a) a handle portion, the handle portion having a proximal end and a distal end, (b) a cleaning head portion that is attached to the distal end of the handle portion and that is adapted for use with a removable cleaning pad; (c) a cradle that is secured to the handle portion, and (d) a detachable cleaning aerosol reservoir for delivering cleaning fluid onto the surface to be cleaned adjacent the cleaning head portion, wherein the reservoir is positioned within the cradle.

  • Patent number: 6552166
Abstract: The present invention is directed to the improved synthesis of compounds of formula I: which may be useful in the treatment of prostate cancer. Such compounds are synthesized in the presence of a carboxyl activating agent, an additive and a base for the preparation of a PSA conjugate which comprises an anthracycline antibiotic and an oligopeptide.

  • Patent number: 5160576
Abstract: A method of optically detecting a change in intensity of an emission peak in a plasma process, such as a plasma etching process, by reflecting an emission spectrum of radiation from the plasma reaction off of a pair of rugate filters. The reflected emission spectrum has increased in-band reflections and decreased out-of-band reflections which provides reduced noise and an easier-to-detect emission peak. The method can be used for end-point detection in a plasma etching process such as etching of SiO.sub.2.

  • Patent number: 4251079
Abstract: A pellet for an air gun or the like is provided having a head portion made of metal or metal containing plastics material and a shank extending rearwardly of the head portion, and a skirt portion secured to the head portion by the shank, said skirt portion having at least two sections which are larger in diameter than the head portion and being made of substantially elastic plastics material, for slidably engaging a gun barrel bore surface. The head portion provides weight for the skirt portion during flight. Preferably the skirt portion is made from plastics material with a low coefficient of friction and sufficient elasticity to regain its shape after deformation, such as P.T.F.E.
