  • Patent number: 12371894
Abstract: A construction hanger having two nested clamping frames that slide relative to each other in a disengaged condition to selectively define a throat distance between two stop edges provided by the two nested clamping frames, respectively. An engageable fastener enables a user to set and secure a desired throat distance by way of an engageable fastener that directly connects the two nested clamping frames in an engaged condition. A rod nut may be sandwiched between the two nested clamping frames so that a threaded rod can engage and thereby move the construction hanger to a desired location along a joist or beam.

  • Patent number: 12340259
Abstract: Various embodiments include a parallel processing computer system that provides multiple memory synchronization domains in a single parallel processor to reduce unneeded synchronization operations. During execution, one execution kernel may synchronize with one or more other execution kernels by processing outstanding memory references. The parallel processor tracks memory references for each domain to each portion of local and remote memory. During synchronization, the processor synchronizes the memory references for a specific domain while refraining from synchronizing memory references for other domains. As a result, synchronization operations between kernels complete in a reduced amount of time relative to prior approaches.

  • Publication number: 20250185250
Abstract: A fabrication method of a semiconductor device is described. Generally, the method includes forming a customizable oxide-nitride-oxide (ONO) stack over a substrate in an in-situ atomic layer deposition (ALD) tool or chamber. Radical oxidation or oxide deposition process steps are performed to form tunnel dielectric layer overlying the substrate. Silicon nitride deposition process steps are also performed to form a multi-layer charge trapping (CT) layer in which at least some of the process parameters of silicon nitride deposition process steps are adjusted when forming the first and second CT sub-layers of the multi-layer CT layer. Subsequently, radical oxidation or oxide deposition process steps are performed in the ALD tool to form a blocking dielectric layer overlying the multi-layer CT layer.

  • Publication number: 20250122810
Abstract: Radiation emitted by a radiation source along a projected path can be diverted by a divergence angle by a lens in the projected path with a first surface and a second surface spaced apart along the projected path with the second surface farther from the radiation source than the first surface. The first surface can be curved and have a normal point perpendicular to a line parallel to the projected path and offset from the projected path by an eccentricity. Radiation striking the first surface can be diverted by a first angle relative to the projected path and can continue to strike the second surface, which diverts the radiation by a second angle. The sum of the first and second angles is the divergence angle. The apparatus can be used in a probe assembly to determine tip clearance of a turbine blade during operation of a gas turbine engine.
