  • Patent number: 11911736
Abstract: An exemplary compounding method of controlling a compounding device to prepare an admixture of at least two distinct material sources can include examining material source solutions for incompatibility of the ingredients and operating a first and a second pump to prevent one of the incompatible source solutions from entering a common flow path. The processing method can detect degradation of a fluid line by evaluating one or more of calibration error rate data, cumulative volumetric flow data, or cumulative pump operation data. The processing method can also selectively transfer a first group of source solutions using the first pump, receiving pump data from one or more sensors that sense actions of the pumps, applying fluid correction factors and calculating discrete pump movements, the pump movements being indicative of an amount of source solution displacement by a pump, and operating the pumps to selectively dispense the source solution amounts according to a preparation order.

  • Patent number: 11889436
Abstract: The transmission and reception group delay in a front end structure of a mobile device may be determined using closed loop calibration. The closed loop may be a near field radiated closed loop between pairs of antennas in an antenna array of the mobile device. The delay based on time of transmission and time of reception may be measured for a plurality of pairs of antennas, from which the transmit and receive group delay within a single path may be determined. The propagation delay of the signal between antennas may be included in the group delay calibration for increased accuracy. In another implementation, a conducted closed loop, e.g., in the transceiver or in a radio frequency switching network may be used to calibrate the group delay. Pre-characterization of the delay caused by components between the closed loop and antennas may be included in the group delay calibration for increased accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20240028400
Abstract: In various examples, a transaction type of a transaction from a processing resource of a plurality of processing resources sharing a bus may be determined and used to track bandwidth usage for the processing resource with respect to a time slot. Transactions that indicate usage of downstream bandwidth may be distinguished from transactions that do not indicate usage of downstream bandwidth. Bandwidth usage for a time slot may be tracked using one or more counters. The system may block or permit transactions from reaching the bus based at least on the counter exceeding a threshold value. The total allocation of bandwidth to the processing resources sharing a bus may be limited to a value that is less than a maximum capability of the bus to allow for headroom. Bandwidth coming from different lines and/or lanes and belonging to the same processing resource may be shared.

  • Publication number: 20240003679
Abstract: An apparatus for detecting radiation deflected from a rotating component includes a probe body on a stationary component radially outward of the rotating component; and a pair of arrival time sensors coupled to the probe body. Each arrival time sensor includes a light pipe that receives radiation deflected from the rotating component and that reduces directional variation of the radiation. A detector is optically coupled to each respective light pipe. The detector is positioned to receive the radiation with reduced directional variation from the light pipe. A method of detecting radiation from the rotating component using the apparatus determines a clearance between the rotating component (e.g., a turbomachine blade) and a stationary component (e.g., a casing).
