  • Patent number: 11816486
Abstract: A hardware multithreaded processor including a register file, a thread controller, and aliasing circuitry. The thread controller is configured to assign each of multiple hardware processing threads to a corresponding one of multiple register block sets in which each register block set includes at least two of multiple register blocks and in which each register block includes at least two registers. The aliasing circuitry is programmable to redirect a reference provided by a first hardware processing thread to a register of a register block assigned to a second hardware processing thread. The reference may be a register number in an instruction issued by the first hardware processing thread. The register number is converted by the aliasing circuitry to a register file address locating a register of the register block assigned to the second hardware processing thread. • Patent number: 11811969
Abstract: Implementations are directed to utilizing an assistant to automatically navigate an interactive voice response (IVR) tree to arrive at a target state during an assisted telephone call. The assistant can receive input to initiate the assisted telephone call, identify an entity to engage with, on behalf of the user, and during the assisted telephone call, based on the input, and identify an IVR tree stored in association with the entity. In various implementations, navigation of the IVR tree can be modified based on interaction(s) detected at a client device subsequent to initiating the assisted telephone call. In various implementations, the assisted telephone call can be initiated from a search interface, and the target state can be associated with a given search result. In various implementations, the IVR tree can be dynamic in that only a subset of candidate state(s) of the IVR tree may be available as the target state.

  • Patent number: 11797454
Abstract: The present technique provides an apparatus and method for caching data. The apparatus has a cache storage to cache data associated with memory addresses, a first interface to receive access requests, where each access request is a request to access data at a memory address indicated by that access request, and a second interface to couple to a memory controller used to control access to memory. Further, cache control circuitry is used to control allocation of data into the cache storage in accordance with a power consumption based allocation policy that seeks to select which data is cached in the cache storage with the aim of conserving power associated with accesses to the memory via the second interface.
