  • Patent number: 11167515
Abstract: A system and method for fabricating large composite fuselages or other vehicle structures, in which the composite structure is fabricated and cured as on a tool, segmented and removed from the tool without disassembling the tool, and then reassembled off the tool to reform the large structure. The tool includes mandrel segments attached to a substructure. The attachments may be moveable to accommodate differential expansion and contraction during curing, and the tool may be rotatable to facilitate access. A composite material of resin and synthetic fibers is applied over the mandrel segments to fabricate the structure on the tool. Caul plates are secured over the composite material, and the composite material is cured on the tool. The resulting structure is cut into part segments which are then removed from the tool, and the part segments are joined to reassemble the large composite structure off the tool.

  • Patent number: 11127079
Abstract: An apparatus including a memory, and a processor coupled to the memory is provided to, obtain information indicating plural rules, a rule among the rules to specify a plurality of conditions including at least one monetary threshold condition and at least one corresponding condition for the monetary threshold condition; obtain information about a sequence of monetary amounts; and execute a process to transform the rules into operator data objects that define a logic common to the rules to control allocation of the sequence of monetary amounts to at least one category. The operator data objects form a network of operator data objects to simulate, according to the defined logic common to the rules, allocation of the sequence of monetary amounts in response to passing in sequence the information about the monetary amounts among the network of operator data objects.

  • Patent number: 11109127
Abstract: A speaker apparatus, method, and system with a user selectably expandable chamber is provided. The chamber in its expanded state enhances the speaker's acoustical properties using a relatively stiff back plate of the speaker apparatus. The chamber in its collapsed state provides a thin profile for increased portability or low profile mounted solutions. The speaker is compatible with current electronics and may magnetically attach to a target surface such as a surface of a handheld device. The target surface may effectively supplement the stiffness of the back plate.

  • Publication number: 20210216976
Abstract: Systems and methods for receiving customer payment details and generating outgoing payment details on-demand. A network-connected interface can receive customer payment details for payment of an incoming amount. A data store can store a plurality of transaction tracking records including a unique key code and an allocatable amount. A payment gateway can receive authorization data for payment of the incoming amount. An outgoing payment generator can respond to an outgoing payment request comprising an offered key code and an outgoing payment amount if the offered key code matches an existing transaction tracking record in the data store. Outgoing payment details can be generated if the outgoing amount is less than or equal to the allocatable amount. Embodiments can route the transaction such that the customer payment details are passed through to the supplier. Embodiments can make routing and generation decisions based on transaction preferences.

  • Publication number: 20210192869
Abstract: A standard for the creation, storage, transmission, processing, and usage of data records that document the current, proposed, and indicated location, speed, heading, and environmental conditions regarding a vehicle, whether the vehicle is on land, on water, submerged in water, or above ground. These records can be used by the vehicle, other vehicles, as well as public and private services, to aid in traffic control, avoidance of obstacles, hazards, and challenging weather, collision avoidance, event reconstruction, manual and automated navigational decisions, and to support the fully or partially autonomous operation of vehicles.

  • Publication number: 20210081874
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to managing visualizations. Visualizations based on data from a data source may be provided. Assessment models based on the visualizations may be provided such that the assessment models may detect mirages in the visualizations. Assessment models may be employed to determine Assessment results based on the visualizations and the data from the data source such that each assessment result includes an assessment score that corresponds to a detection of mirages. Assessment results may be rank ordered based on the assessment score. A report may be provided that includes the rank ordered list of the assessment results.

  • Publication number: 20210064428
Abstract: A transport service system comprises a plurality of drivers and riders over a plurality of cities. A resource allocation function using a plurality of variables associated with incentives that may be provided to the drivers and riders over the cities with an output describing a profitability of the system. The system evaluates an initial set of results for an initial set of randomized candidates according to a resource allocation function. The system generates a plurality of local models. Each local model is a Gaussian process posterior distribution over a trust region centered around a randomized candidate. The system samples a function from each distribution and identifies a candidate with an optimal result according to the sampled function. The system evaluates the best candidate chosen from among the identified candidates with the resource allocation function. The system then identifies an optimal solution from the evaluations and distributes resources according to the optimal solution.
