  • Publication number: 20250297020
Abstract: The present invention relates to polypeptides that are directed against Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa B Ligand (RANK-L) also known as tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11 (TNFSF11), TNF-related activation-induced cytokine (TRANCE), osteoprotegerin ligand (OPGL), and osteoclast differentiation factor (ODF). In a preferred embodiment, the polypeptide is an i-body comprising the modified domain 1 of NCAM forming the i-body scaffold, and an antigen-binding domain comprising CDR1 and CDR3 based on shark IgNAR antibody.

  • Publication number: 20250237355
Abstract: A dispensing system for filling and refilling user propane tanks comprised of a point of purchase payment system with interactive display. Each purchased propane tank is filled at an access point within the dispensing unit for users to retrieve their order. A secondary payment method involves the use of a mobile app to purchase propane tanks and propane. A docking area takes both new tanks and tanks that need refilling. When refilling a propane tank, the user inserts the propane tank into the docking area. The propane tank is mechanically filled and inspected with cameras for damage and a leak test is conducted returned to the original docking area for the user to retrieve. The final amount on the customer invoice is based on the actual quantity of propane delivered into the user tank. The system also includes an autofill nozzle and autofill valve for application such as RVs.

  • Publication number: 20250197109
Abstract: A carousel positioned around a dispensing tank not having a enter hub or physical center axis. Each carousel level has an 11 slot input capacity to receive and store user propane tanks and one open area to allow the robotic picker to pass vertically unobstructed. The carousel rotates clockwise or counterclockwise with the aid of a motorized track mounted next to or under the carousel. Markings along the outer surface of the carousel allow tracking and location. Multiple carousel levels are positioned vertically around the dispensing tank. Carousels ride along castor rails positioned around both inner and outer ridges of carousel. When a stored user propane tank is delivered to a customer, the carousel rotates to an available user propane tank within its available inventory and delivers the user propane tank to a door slide moves user propane tanks to a door users can access.

  • Patent number: 11991254
Abstract: Techniques for an ontology-based approach for modeling service dependencies in a provider network. The approach is flexible and extensible to different provider network SOA systems and not limited to a particular provider network or a particular SOA system. The approach can be used to model an entire SOA system or selected portion thereof and from different perspectives. In some examples, the approach uses an ontology represented using a Web Ontology Language (OWL). In some examples, the ontology is used to identify service dependencies and relationships in a knowledge base that is populated based on operational data collected in the provider network environment.

  • Patent number: 10303466
Abstract: A technology is described for embedding a semantic annotation in operation code. An example method may include creating an executable package file that includes operation code obtained from a source executable package file. The operation code may be analyzed to identify a program element included in the operation code that is associated with a semantic annotation. The semantic annotation may then be inserted into the operation code relative to the program element associated with the semantic annotation. The executable package file may be executed, launching a program, and the semantic annotation may be evaluated during execution of the program to retrieve semantic context obtained from the ontological data referenced by the semantic annotation. The semantic context may be processed, causing execution behavior of the program to be analyzed in relation to the program element included in the operation code.
