  • Publication number: 20200045178
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for interactive voice response using a cloud-based service are disclosed. Voice input indicating interaction with an entity is received at a service provider environment. The entity is associated with an IVR data structure comprising one or more options associated with contacting the entity. The IVR data structure is selected based (at least in part) on analysis of the voice input by the service provider environment. The voice input is sent from a voice-capturing device to the service provider environment via a non-telephonic network. A contact point is selected from the IVR data structure based (at least in part) on analysis of the voice input and/or contextual information. A connection is initiated with the contact point.

  • Publication number: 20200017327
Abstract: A dispensing box with a roll tensioner houses a material roll and maintains a material cutting edge in an upward position for easy grasping during use. The roll tensioner comprises distal and proximal end sections with opposing bottom tabs separated by a spring back reversion section. A roll tensioner slide assembly integrated in the front wall of the dispensing box has opposing parallel slits terminating at opposing parallel slots with parallel locking flaps. Opposing bottom tabs of a roll tensioner are inserted through the parallel slots, resting in a first position during non-use and adapted to be slid down into a second position in the parallel slits when later engaged for use to retain the material cut edge in the upward position for easy grasping. The locking flaps have break-away top and bottom walls abutting a bend wall and are in a stored position and later opened outward to a locking position during use to prevent movement of the roll tensioner.

  • Patent number: 10465664
Abstract: A method for replacing an existing generator frame that supports a generator of a wind turbine includes removing the generator from atop the existing generator frame. The method also includes dismounting a control cabinet of the wind turbine from the existing generator frame. More specifically, the control cabinet is electrically connected to one or more wind turbine components via a plurality of cables. The method further includes relocating and securing the control cabinet to an uptower location within a nacelle of the wind turbine with the plurality of cables remaining electrically connected. As such, the method includes removing the existing generator frame from within the nacelle. Moreover, the method includes installing a new generator frame in place of the removed existing generator frame. Thus, the method also includes remounting the control cabinet to the new generator frame.

  • Patent number: 10167139
Abstract: A self-venting trashcan system for use with a trashcan having interior smooth sides and a bottom interior surface has an extruded rigid polymeric strip with an adjustable bend formed on its left and right sides bendable along a thin web for contacting smooth sidewalls of a trashcan. Along its height and perpendicular thereto a plurality of parallel easy-to-fracture lines are provided. The user breaks the polymeric strip to thereby adjust its height to be shorter than the height of the trashcan. The left and right sides of the polymeric strip are attached to the smooth sidewalls of the trashcan by double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape, leaving a gap or air entry/exit between the top and bottom of the polymeric strip and the top and bottom surface of the trashcan, respectively. During trashcan liner placement, air pockets are smoothed out.
