  • Patent number: 10115128
Abstract: Methods and Systems for Targeting Messages to a Traveler. Requests can be received to transmit messages to a traveler based on a location and a categorization of the traveler. A device location can be received. Location information of the traveler can be determined. Prior expense report information can be determined. Entity expense policy can be determined. The location information, the prior expense information, and the entity expense policy information can be categorized to generate a projected route. Updated device location can be received. It can be determined that the device is in a location corresponding to the projected location information based on the updated device location. Any targeted messages that have a category that matches a category for the location information, the prior expense information, and the policy information can be transmitted to a device of the traveler.

  • Patent number: 10108791
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for providing user authentication based on users' access patterns to a plurality of digital objects. The plurality of digital objects may include software applications installed on user devices or data objects within a specific application (e.g., UI objects or database objects). The access patterns can include an order of access that a user routinely takes to access such objects. Historical user behavioral information can be collected and used to generate such patterns for users. The patterns may be compared with subsequent user behavioral information to determine authenticity of subsequent users associated with the subsequent user behavioral information. For example, a subsequent order of access to digital objects can be compared with historical access patterns to determine whether there is a match. Authentication may or may not be requested based on the result of such a comparison.

  • Patent number: 10110548
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing and delivering status notifications relating to messages transmitted between communication devices. Each communication device is provided with a status agent for detecting transmission of messages to a recipient device and receipt of messages from a sending device. Upon transmission, the status agent notifies a status service of the outbound message. Upon receipt of a message or upon the message being marked read once received, the status agent notifies the status service that the received message has been received or read accordingly. The status service then notifies the status agent of the sending device that the message has been received or read, so that the sending device's status agent can notify a corresponding messaging application. The status service operates to reconcile outbound message notification and received or read status updates for messages sent using a number of different applications or formats.

  • Patent number: 9953011
Abstract: Systems and associated processes for generating user pagination preference data and using that data to generate and/or present network pages are described herein. These systems and processes can dynamically collect data representing a user's preference respecting specific layout determination factors, and can store this data in association with the user. The systems and processes can also make use of that data to provide the user with a personalized user interface which will provide the user with a page layout tailored to that specific user's browsing habits. Moreover, data representing the attributes of the requested content or the user device may further contribute to generating a page layout which optimally displays the requested content to the user. Accordingly, user pagination preference data can potentially both present a more satisfying user interface and elicit more item purchases than existing pagination systems in some embodiments.

  • Patent number: 9880068
Abstract: The present invention provides processes by which fatigue testing can be carried out by altering the vibrational characteristics of a component, but without physically altering the component itself. In particular the invention provides a method of performing high-cycle fatigue testing on a component, the method including the steps of: attaching one or more masses to the component to alter the stress distribution of the component under vibration; and carrying out high-cycle fatigue testing by exciting the component at a low fundamental frequency of the component. The component can then be tested at a low frequency, which is easier to excite, but fail in a position of the component characteristic of a more complex modeshape.
