  • Patent number: 10381055
Abstract: A memory device performs DLL (delay locked loop) calibration in accordance with a DLL calibration mode configured for the memory device. A host controller can configure the calibration mode based on operating conditions for the memory device. The memory device includes an input/output (I/O) interface circuit and a delay locked loop (DLL) circuit coupled to control I/O timing of the I/O interface. A control circuit of the memory device selectively enables and disables DLL calibration in accordance with the DLL calibration mode. When selectively enabled, the DLL calibration is to operate at a time interval identified by the DLL calibration mode, and when selectively disabled, the DLL calibration is to cease or refrain from DLL calibration operations.

  • Patent number: 10373256
Abstract: Methods and systems for providing automated methods of inspections that facilitate loss reporting and resolution are described. In some embodiments various remote evaluation tools are provided to collect information from remote locations. This information can be used to generate automated damage estimates which in turn can be used to direct the ordering of supplies, materials, and other resources. In addition, pre-damage and post-damage evaluations of an insured property may be collected using the remote evaluation tools. These evaluations can be used by adjusters (human adjusters and computer-based adjusters) to identify damage and process claims more efficiently.

  • Publication number: 20190207594
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for jitter cancellation with automatic performance adjustment are described. Within a clock distribution system in an electronic device (e.g., a memory device), a jitter cancellation system may be configured to introduce delay between an input clock signal and output clock signal that is directly proportional to the supply voltage for the clock distribution system. In response to supply noise, the delay introduced by the jitter cancellation system may vary directly with respect to the supply voltage fluctuations and thus may offset fluctuations in the delay introduced by other components of the clock distribution system, which may vary inversely with respect to the supply voltage fluctuations. A control component within the jitter cancellation system may execute an algorithm to adjust or regulate the delay introduced by the jitter cancellation system, including its responsiveness to fluctuations in the supply voltage.
